The design touch is really clean and follow brand guidelines well, and I was always surprised by how they could take a simple concept that I had in mind and translate it well and also make it look very professional and sleek. 

Often I didn't really know what exactly I was looking for from a design perspective and they had plenty of examples in their portfolio of what they could do which allowed me to pick what fit best for me so that was extremely useful as well to get us closer to our goal where needed.
