We wanted to use The Whiteboard Video Company to help us create a training video on a financial structure and funding concept for our team members to fully understand how our projects are financially structured to help them with their day-to-day decision-making.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Whiteboard Video Company drafted a script for a video based on initial conversations with us and some PowerPoint presentations we provided. They then turned that script into a video with artist-drawn images that related to the spoken words.
The team secured a voice actor to use in the video and produced a final 10-minute video for us to use at our annual leadership conference and new hire training. The Whiteboard Video Company handled all aspects of the video production; we just reviewed and provided edits or suggested changes.

For a Finance Breakout Training session we completed at our annual leadership conference, we used the video The Whiteboard Video Company produced to kick-off the session. We received numerous compliments on the video during the conference itself and in our surveys post-conference; we received a 4.7 out of 5 rating on that specific breakout session.
I believe we’ll continue seeing results from creating this video as our leaders become more knowledgeable about our financial structures going forward. Understanding the financial structures will allow them to be more effective leaders, with improved performance, less employee turnover and make more informed day-to-day decisions that will ultimately provide better housing and living experiences for our residents.

I’m the CSO of a biotechnology company. We work on non-viral genome engineering for next-generation cell and gene therapy development.

We had an urgent need for a video to show to the public about our key technology platform. We also wanted to show the video to potential investors and partners.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Whiteboard Video Company created a whiteboard video for us. The process consisted of the team drawing the concept, adding the element drawings, and showing the audience what our platform is about.

After we connected, we agreed on certain costs and fees, and they shared their capabilities. From there, they signed a Confidential Disclosure Agreement, and we shared our website, platform, business deck, and some of our publications. I also presented The Whiteboard Video Company with our mission and vision and some of our technology pieces. We had several rounds of Q&A after they had digested this information.

The team started by creating a script based on the key messaging we wanted to convey; the goal was to have a one-minute video. Then, an artist from their team drew the whiteboard elements, and The Whiteboard Video Company put together the video. The team also provided voice-over and background music.

What is the team composition?

Initially, we met with the company's co-founder, who was in charge of business development and marketing. From there, we worked with three members of The Whiteboard Video Company’s team, including a project manager, a script writer, and an artist.

I saw a video that The Whiteboard Video Company made for another organization at an event they organized. The video had a nice illustration, and I was impressed. I talked to several similar providers, but The Whiteboard Video Company stood out, so I decided to hire them.

We worked together from August–September 2025.

The Whiteboard Video Company efficiently delivered a high-quality video. We posted the video on YouTube and LinkedIn, and it has received 200–300 views so far on YouTube. We haven’t promoted the video yet, but we expect it will get more views and likes once we do. The video has gotten even more views and likes on LinkedIn.

How did The Whiteboard Video Company perform from a project management standpoint?

The Whiteboard Video Company delivered on time and within budget. The team was authentic and followed our contract. We communicated about progress, challenges, and technical questions via email and Zoom. The Whiteboard Video Company shared the storylines, drawings, and videos through Hightail.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The Whiteboard Video Company was very familiar with life sciences, which helped us have a good conversation with the team. I appreciated their creativity in putting together the video. The team was very responsive and efficient. The Whiteboard Video Company delivered on time and with high-quality and acted immediately when we requested modifications.

We needed the video within three to four weeks, and the team accomplished great work within that timeframe. I really liked their services, and if I ever want to do another video of the same type or even a different one, I might reach out to them first.

Although the storyline they created was exactly what we needed, I hope The Whiteboard Video Company can expand into industries other than life sciences.

The scope of work was was to compile events from 1900 to today (provided by us) and create a video highlighting tradegeies and then the responses from safety professionals to prevent future accidents from happening again. The project kicked off in early fall 2024 with regular meetings between us and the Whiteboard Video Company reps to ensure we all were aligned. The main key delieverable was the PDC conference in February 2025 which they were able to create, provide draft, and finalize the video without any concerns.

The final product along with the audience reaction were the measurable outcomes.

With the few initial meetings we had, they were able to create a phenomonal video that was well received by all attendees.
