Although I appreciate the willingness to meet us where we were at in the beginning of the project, It would have been good to be given the expected script format from the start. We were guessing at how to provide our scripted version to the project team initially; however, once we were given the format to provide the script and expected animation, it was easier to create and convey the expectations. Don't hesitate to ask for the script in the format of your choosing.

The product is a full-stack coding lab with auto-evaluation specifically designed for colleges and universities with deep analytics. The product is primarily built to promote coding culture on campus and carry forward our vision of a 70/20/10 education model, with 70% hands-on learning. The key deliverable was a product explainer video that can communicate our vision to our target persona.

Zipstack is a serverless data stack and data productivity platform with a new approach and new features that needed to be easily explained to our website visitors and to also email to potential customers. Being a highly technical product, the best way to express benefits of the platform was an explainer video. This needed to be a professional, short and to-the-point explainer video that runs for 2 mins and we had a relatively short timeline of a few weeks.

We started of with a discussion session to share details of our requirement and to explain the functionality of the app. MyPromoVideos came up with the script after the first meeting. Once approved we moved on to story boarding. Then finally we got to the video.

We worked with Anil and Udhaya from the team. They were receptive to feedback and translated the vision into a video.

The video serves as the first point of contact for all our customers. The conversion rate increased once we had the video on the app listing page.

We used Basecamp for managing the project. The Project was divided into appropriate segments so goals were achieved at each stage. We needed the project to be completed in 2-3 weeks and the deadline was met with a quality output.

They are good listeners and they were able to translate our thoughts into the final product with minimal back and forth. The turnaround time for our queries was also super fast.

We did not face any issues in this project. We plan to do more projects with them, and we hope to get the same experience.

We did an online search and went through their past work, choosing them based on the interactions we made. This was for the first time for a small promotional video. For 3D videos, we hired them solely based on our past experience with them.

We made 3 videos. A 3.5 min video that explains in detail the flow of material in a completely automated warehouse from the time material enters into the warehouse till it goes out. The other 2 videos are of 2.5 min, which explain the product functionality along with the demonstration of the features in detail.

They will share the screenshots or sample pieces of work at each stage - like animated phase, style frames, renders..etc and ask for feedback each time.

They helped us in successfully launching our new logo after rebranding. 3D videos helped us in showcasing our capabilities, especially in the exhibition we took, this helped us in attracting and converting many leads 3. We certainly feel they played a major role in branding.

It was very good, except that a few rough patches towards the end due to tight timelines

Mypromovideos produced three videos for this campaign. We followed a similar process for all of the videos. They started with the storyboard and a style frame, then a rough animation. After they completed the full animation, they added special effects and music. We also asked them to do revisions when needed.

They assigned an account manager, a scriptwriter, and a creative director to our project.

Mypromovideos used Basecamp for project management, which helped us keep the churn down.

Within one month of releasing the videos, the inflows for the promoted products tripled while contributions to the product mix doubled.

Since they had a clear process and good project management, working with them was a smooth experience. The team was proactive and understood our requirements well. They also kept us well-informed throughout the entire process.

5. Original music, sound effects, and animation were created.

I was concerned that the time difference between the eastern US and India would be a problem, but it was not. Their replies were always prompt, and they handled each development and revision request quickly.
