Project management was good. The part that took the longest was the naming; it was difficult for us to choose a new name, so it took longer than originally planned. However, it didn’t have any impact on the budget. After that, they were always on schedule. Moreover, Another Collective made things happen as planned; we had a defined launch date, and everything was on time. We mainly communicated via email and used Google Drive to share documents. Additionally, they had their own project management tools, so we always knew where we were and what would come next. Overall, they were very organized.

Branding for Museum

Workflow between the Main Museum team and the Silk Studio team was flawless. Even though the Silk team was located on the west side of LA, they made the effort to head downtown and meet with us in-person at the Main Museum to present their work with each new round of designs. Being able to have face-to-face meetings and discussions with the team was very helpful and we all enjoyed bouncing our ideas off of each other.
