Frank and Myagi by Rallyware have collaborated on a multitude of projects. These projects included onsite shoots, in studio production, editing, voice overs, casting and booking talents, translations, animations and everything in between.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Choosing one word to describe the collaboration with Frank, I choose: partner. Frank, especially Yosuke, has been a great partner that guided me through various projects and on the way taught be the ins and outs of this business. Not only is Frank a company with very skilled employees, they also care about the quality of projects. With their experience and creativity they have turned every single project into success.

The Frank team has always communicated well, including information on deliverability and timeline. They have always done their best to accommodate to our needs and were transparent from the beginning if a project was too big to be turned around in the set timeline.

I’m a consultant for a development authority.

What challenge were you trying to address with Frank.?

We wanted to create a user-friendly website and receive rebranding services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Economic development has changed from site visitation to web presence before companies will come or people will move. Therefore, we needed something that was modern and friendly so we could reach out to new businesses with economic development opportunities and entice people to move to our community. The site was built on WordPress.

The other side is that we needed a website that our current residents could utilize to get updated information on what was happening in our community. After internalizing these requirements, Frank. got started creating several logo options, and then we launched into creating our new website. We’d had one specific logo for years, but it had become outdated.

We are known for wheat in our area, so our logo was a heart with a stalk of wheat in it. It was difficult to design in small format, like an app, so Frank. created a new logo that incorporates our Native American Heritage. The new logo can be interpreted as either part of an arrow or a wheat stock. Our old logo was red and gold, but we wanted to move away from that. Our new logo incorporates the earth tones that our area presents in: orange, yellow, olive green, and gray. The logo is very indicative of our blue-collar routes.

As the site is for our community, we send out text alerts through the website. We also have a lot of codes for code enforcement as it relates to building information, residential use, and more, that all had to be downloaded and integrated. Our fire department also has numerous forms that they use, that had to be put on the website, as did our police department. Finally, our city clerk and municipal courts all had information that needed to be included, like bill payment functionality. We incorporated the needs of about 11 departments into our website.

In terms of the branding, they designed our new letterhead and business cards, as well as some t-shirts. Eventually, these properties will be on our website and people will be able to order them online, in addition to purchasing them from stores around town.  

Another service they provide is tutorials on how we can upload information to the site ourselves without having to contact them. They also do monthly maintenance for us. 

What is the team composition?

I’m working with John (CEO), Steven (Creative Director), and Yosuke (President). These are the first three people we met and pitched us ourselves. I also work with Paige (Business Development Manager) and two other resources.

How did you come to work with Frank.?            

We were referred to them.

How much have you invested with them?

The total cost is around $26,000 at this point.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since May 2021. The website had a soft launch last week, and we’re still in the process of launching it to the public. At this point, only the development authority trustees, the city employees, and our city council have access to the site.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Everyone that has seen the website is extremely impressed with it. We’re a hard group to please, but it’s very easy to sort through all the options on the site. Frank. listened to my concerns and listened to what our community is about, pulling together everything from our conversations and concerns. Users will easily be able to contact city departments.

They were very patient with me as I received approvals from multiple departments, as well as with responding quickly to all my questions.

I’m thrilled about the new logo and colors. They were able to listen to us well, as well as react and get things done. Their demeanor has been excellent in every meeting and phone call; they’re pleasant to work with.

When I came to them with an issue, they explained to me why something was done in a certain way. They leverage their professional opinion and explain things to me in a manner that I can understand. If we have specific issues that can’t be resolved, they will let us know and we’ll work around the problem. They’re great to work with.

How did Frank. perform from a project management standpoint?

We use email, text, and phone calls to manage the project. They call me right back or tell me when they’re going to call. If I have numerous questions, I can email them.

We’ve also had video chats.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve worked with two other website vendors, and Frank.’s willingness to listen to our needs and desires, rather than only pushing their own agenda, stood out. Other vendors will give a lot of pushback and tell us what they’re going to do. Frank. paid attention to what we said in our initial conversations.

Additionally, we could never get ahold of our other vendors; it became a nightmare, so we stopped that relationship and began working with a more local provider. This partner proved to be too busy to help us as we needed.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I haven’t had any issues with them. The only thing that I can think of is for them to move their business to our town. I would love to have a business of their quality move to our community.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Hire them, and then be open and honest with them. Communication is key, and Frank. will listen to you if you talk to them. Tell them your goal at the outset and you’ll be very happy with them.

I’m the executive director of QA and education for a family-run hotel company. We own and manage hotels, many of which are affiliated with Marriott.

I hired them to help me produce training and marketing content.

What was the scope of their involvement?

For about 7–8 years, Frank. has provided video production for educating our staff on our affiliates' and our in-house brand standards. They've also shot marketing pieces and showcase videos for all of our hotels — we currently have around 15. Whenever we need something, I call Frank. and let them know what we're looking for, and we brainstorm together. They handle production from A to Z.

Often, I give them a general idea or standard, and they organize the video to ensure the filming process is streamlined. The team plans the video according to whether it's for marketing or training. They put together a shot list before filming and have often helped us write the scripts. They also make sure we have all the correct information for the videos. 

From there, they shoot the videos; I'm often present during filming. Frank. brings their own equipment, including lights, cameras, boom microphones, drones, and all editing equipment. The team handles editing, sound mixing, and any graphics we need. For some training videos where we have to explain something to our line-level associates or employees, they'll animate the video to help educate people more efficiently. 

After they edit the video, we send it to our teams to ensure our information is correct. When we have feedback, they make the necessary changes. Once our hotels verify that the videos are accurate, Frank. finalizes the product, and we send it to our teams so they can distribute the content on various platforms, like social media and third-party booking sites.

Since we've been working with Frank. for a long time, we've worked with many different team members. Currently, we work with about two teammates regularly. However, when I come into their office, I meet the entire team; we also work with the production team during filming. For the editing notes, I usually talk to Yosuke (President). 

How did you come to work with Frank.?

About 8–9 years ago, I had just moved from LA to Oklahoma, and Yosuke was my neighbor. Our hotel company had just started franchising, and we needed training videos. I told Yosuke what we needed, and we started working together.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2015, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The videos have helped build our company culture and training across the board. Our guests keep coming back, and our affiliates keep wanting to do business with us because we train our teams well and market well. Frank. 's success shows in our results; we sell our rooms for the highest prices on the market, and we have a high return rate with our guests. Additionally, we constantly get the highest scores in our guest satisfaction surveys. None of that would be possible without them.

Since working with Frank., our company has grown from about three to 15 hotels. The training and marketing needs they've fulfilled for us have helped us see these results. Without them, we wouldn't be able to do what we do or have accomplished what we've done over the years. They've truly been amazing with executing whatever I envision. They help me through the whole process; they're efficient and work in a timely manner with good cost compared to the competition. Moreover, they turn around changes very quickly. 

Our videos with Frank. have evolved and have become very special and proprietary to your company. We don't see quality like theirs anywhere else.

How did Frank. perform from a project management standpoint?

They perform very well in terms of project management. They're flexible, on point with everything, and timely in their execution and responses. We've never had any issues getting what we need from them promptly. As for communication, we typically use phone calls, texts, and occasionally Zoom. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed with the way Frank. communicates and the quality of their equipment. The videos they produce for us are always progressive and top of the line. They never fall short and always go above and beyond.

I don't have any notes for them; they've been amazing.

I would recommend being very transparent about your vision and budget. Do your best to communicate any changes or anything you need from the Frank. team. You'll be very pleased with the results and the response you'll get from them as long as you're also giving them what they need in terms of information and timelines.

I’m the executive director of Warriors For Freedom, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Oklahoma. We offer outdoor recreational therapy programs and events for our military veterans and their families. We hold our events primarily in Oklahoma, but we’ve also traveled nationally and internationally.

We wanted to rebrand our nonprofit organization.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Frank. has helped us with a complete rebranding of our organization, including a complete revamp of our website, brand, logos, merchandise, videography, and more. Basically, they’ve completely changed the look and feel of our organization from A to Z.

As for our marketing efforts, Frank. has helped us refocus our priorities. Before working with them, we were focused on donors first and veterans second, so our engagement strategies were outdated. Thus, they created and launched an initial marketing campaign focused on veterans and our purpose, striving to drive more veterans into our organization.

For this campaign, Frank. was responsible for creating all the visual elements and copy. Then, they launched it on several platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Google, and Yelp.

As for our website, Frank. has completely redesigned it on GoDaddy. They’ve added videos and call-to-action buttons, redesigned the storyboards and pages, changed the color scheme and flow, and redesigned the event calendar feature. They’ve also given it a facelift towards our sponsors and partners by adding their logos and links to their websites.

Currently, Frank. is helping us with our SEO, and they write blogs for us. Additionally, they create videos and other content for our website and social media.

We’ve worked with Frank.’s entire team, including their owner, web designers, graphic designers, social media managers, videographers, and editors.

Frank. originally came to us. Since then, we’ve become their nonprofit charity partners.

We’ve spent around $60,000. As their charity partners, they give us a 50% discount on their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

My company started working with Frank. around July 2020, and our engagement is ongoing. However, I didn’t join the project until later.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

When I originally joined the project, we had around 8–10 veterans and no new donors joining us per month. Now, we’re averaging approximately 2–3 new donors and 63 veterans joining per month, which has helped us increase our veteran count by 441 in the last seven months.

As for the quality of their work, the site delivered by Frank. is more interactive and easy to use, and the forms are easier to fill and look cleaner. Overall, they took an average GoDaddy website and made it look excellent. We originally wanted a more active and engaging site so that people could feel they could be a part of it, and they completely delivered that.

How did Frank. perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve always collaborated in person, but we communicate via email and Zoom when required.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Frank. is excellent at translating my desires into creative assets, helping me bring my ideas to life. Once they understand and comprehend what I want, they deliver exactly that.

We have seen increased traffic to our website and social media platforms. We’ve run some smaller advertising campaigns so far and have seen an uptick in in-store traffic.

I have a lot of tasks to manage in my role and the Frank. team keeps me on track really well. We use Google Workspace to manage the project and communicate via phone, text, Google Meet, and email.

What I find most impressive is that I can call them for a change to the website and within 10 minutes they have it changed and updated. Not only are they fast, they ALWAY call or email me back in a timely manner. Thats hard to find! Yosuke and Paige are literally THE BEST and easiest to work with! Stage is fabulous as well!
