we were impressed by their experience with other high end clients and their proposal was extremely well received by senior management, who chose them for their clear expertise and knowledge.

After completing a brand discovery document, it gave clear indication to where the project needed to go, cutting out lengthy meetings and back and forth questions. Following the brief stage, we kicked off with a presentation of suitable options, after which was narrowed down to the favourite route.
We had a check in meeting to review progress and discuss any queries, and put forward with the next stage of design. After a delay coming from our side which was unavoidable, Brand New were very patient and continued to work alongside us to ensure our goal was achieved.
New tasks were added to the project which were taken on and handled very well, from photoshoots to video creation, to logo changes to brand colour changes, Brand New were unphased and carried on to create an exceptional website for our business.

We worked with 3 members of the team - the Managing Director, Creative Director and Designer. We also worked with their Photographer, Copywriter and videographer who were also excellent.

I am the Founder and Creative Director of Made Personal. We provide premium personalised products to corporations, businesses and communities around the world. We design, source, manufacture, and distribute quality products, quickly and within budget.

Our company was growing fast and we felt our brand didn't reflect the personality or quality of our brand, products and services. We hired Brand New Creative to do a complete brand refresh.

How did you select this vendor?
Being in the branded goods industry - we were aware of many of the design studios in Ireland. We were fans of Brand New Creative's work already so they were our first port of call.

New visual identity for all client touch-points and channels.
Brand Guidelines to ensure future brand consistency and success of bringing the new swag solutions brand to market.

Photography Strategy and Guidelines (Brand and Product Photography)
Brand Identity System (logo usage, typography, colour palette).
Brand Assets (This is a toolkit of all touch-points, typefaces, social media icons)

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The brand now reflects who we are as a company. Our vibrant and warm colour palette and on-site photo-shoot has put the Made Personal team’s personality and culture on display for new and existing customers to see straight away. We feel this has increased trust and conversions across the board.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The Brand New team had clear systems and timelines in place from the start. The discovery phase involved a series of exercises to get to know us as a company and the profile of the type of customers we dealt with and were hoping to attract.
We were provided with different rounds of stylescapes to flesh out our visual preferences in relation to brand assets and photography. Once this was determined our own assets seemed to come to life very efficiently. At no point did we feel rushed. We met internally to make sure our entire team was happy and felt represented.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They are boutique. The founders oversea all work and are directly involved in creating most of it. They are professional and highly experienced and knowledgeable. They were always available for a quick chat to talk through any questions we had.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We were happy with everything. Covid lockdowns prevented some face to face workshops but they adapted and persevered.
