The agency was to prepare 3 visual concepts for us. After signing the documents, we went out for a briefing with the team. Then we were presented with options for the idea, but we asked them to finalise them. The team then presented us with 3 key visuals and then we finalised one to perfection.

We asked MOLOKO studio create for our project two animated promotional videos (long one and its short vertical versions) and 6 promotional illustrated posters. They made these tasks quite fast, with the high level of professionalism and with great care and responsiveness towards our project.

We got our illustrated posters and videos in time and with a good quality

It was not even in time, it was faster than deadlines we planned together. They were incredibly responsive. It’s almost a miracle how they had to find compromise visual solutions between our annoying remarks and wishes and graphic logic, beauty and style.

We wanted to provide our Internet-shop and increase sales during the holidays in Belarus. We hired them for design and production different kinds of materials for our 360 marketing compaign (advertising videos, audios, key visuals for online and outdoor advertising).

We checked creativity raitings and get connected with the top companies. After reviewing their portfolios and prices wу chose this vendor because of their high creativity level and lowest price among the other proposals.

We had a brifing meeting to outline the tasks and after a while we recieved 3 concepts of the marketing compagn. After we’ve chosen the one to finalaze it and start pre-production. At this stage we have worked in parallel with the design team and production teams. We discussed scripts and all the other aspects in working chats and during video calls with all the members.

We were bounded with the terms and had to work very intensively. The shooting day lasteв more than 20 hours. The amout of materials was huge so we splited them in partsб designated deadlines and made them done in stages.

We worked with the project manager on the creative concept and the key visuals (and their adaptations). The production team included the manager, the director, the editor and others (totally about 10 members).

The campaign is still going so its to early to make conclusions. But we are very sutisfied with the key visuals. To our opinion they are designed on the high technical and creative level.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We appreciate their flexibility in contentios issues and availability in extra working time. However we would perefer to have one common contact point instead of working with the separate teams on different kinds of materials. Also we weren’t very comfortable with the chosen means of communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We liked their careful approach to the formation of the concepts. They really listen to the customer to learn the product and consider all the wishes. Also we were impressed with the graphic designers’ skills and high professional level.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We appreciate the efforts of the production team and their dedication to the project. But unfortunately they weren’t experienced enough in this kind of work which made the production phase tough and the result wasn’t as good as it could be. The agency should check thethe vendors more thoroughly and get more involved to the all the phases andthe areas of work

The managers were quick enough to comment and answer our questions. The team was quick enough to make corrections and our wishes. The timeline was a little longer than we had anticipated, but the most important thing for us was a good result, which is what we got in the end.

The team takes a very responsible approach to the work, breaking it down into phases, which helps a lot when it comes to deadlines. The team allows you to control something at the conception stage and as a result you always get something you really like, because you control all the stages of the work: you call, discuss the work and the process.

Our teams were in sync, in turn, the agency team was very flexible and creative. I liked the systematic approach to work and the quality of the work. All our wishes were heard, and we were satisfied with the joint work. We did not have a clearly defined deadline for the project, as we were rather set on the quality of work and if necessary, asked the agency to work on ideas more.

We are impressed by the non-standard solution in the visual technique that the designers used in our new corporate style, conveying our philosophy.

I did not immediately get the idea that would fit our brand, but then it all worked out.

We are doing a great hyper casual game based on our partner blockchain technology, so we needed the design for the game, but also a web to integrate everything to look great. That is how Molokai started working with us on this project.

We checked their portfolio, had several creative design workshops, and was certain that Molokai can do the job, not just this one, but the series of games we are developing on blockchain.

The outcomes are web page, eight levels, over hundred obsticals. Molokai exceeded our expectations in terms that we agreed only on maybe 50% of what they did.

As a publishing manager, and my colleague as a product manager, we are used to work on focal points with the partners we are working with, so Veronika is our focal for all the assets and agreements we deal with.

The team is really nice, and we clicked in a second. Our ideas where really put in motion like we designed the project.

It was pretty easy and comfortable for us to communicate with the guys. Communication was easy. The project took quite a long time, but for production reasons. But it was nice that the manager kept in touch with us and was always interested.

I think that the main feature is a team that loves what they do and is aimed at a good result.

We knew about MLK as one of the most creative studios with a lot of prizes in different design areas. However, they found us by themselves via LinkedIn. And it was the perfect time to start collaboration.

We were discussing our routine using the most convenient for my team messengers (because of security reasons, we couldn't add them into our corporate Slack environment). The entire team is open, honest and professional. If we had any questions, we always discussed and solved them calmly. The creators think very unconventional, which gave us such a cool result and start for the platform.

The designers offered good visual solutions. We were always in touch with the manager. The deadlines were on time.

The people at Moloko are great guys and a great team. They had an interesting work style, free communication, and cool ideas. That's what impressed me the most.

We needed a company to help create new image ads and creative for display and paid social advertising. Moloko helped bring a creative spin to our materials and set up and managed paid LinkedIn campaigns for us, freeing up time I could use elsewhere.

The hiring process was carried out prior to me joining Pexip, but I believe a number of companies were considered and interviewed, but Moloko's creativity impressed the team.

There has been ongoing support for ad hoc projects over the past few months. For each campaign or creative build we've put together a brief explaining what is required and, where necessary, followed that up with a call to discuss the points in more detail.

With builds that are similar to ones in the past the initial brief has been enough as Moloko knows what we require. With the creation of image assets we check the work and submit any feedback/changes we require and when finalised ask Moloko to build the final images in a variation of ad sizes

My main point of contact has been with a business director, although I know there is a team working behind the scenes I'm not sure of all their roles/positions

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A lot of the campaigns / new creatives are in the early stages of having been launched but so far we are seeing a growth in engagement on LinkedIn and a rise in Unaware to Aware audiences in Rollworks, thanks to the ads that have been created.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow has been good and effective. Most conversations are now through email as Moloko are aware of our requirements following calls and feedback earlier in their work with us. They have been very responsive and ensure projects keep moving forward.

In some instances I think the language barrier has caused slight trip ups, but as further feedback and communication has been given the working relationship has become smoother
