Additionally, the agency assisted in defining the objectives for our website and, leveraging the new corporate identity, designed and implemented the website.

The result of our collaboration was an expansion into the eco-packaging market, with the implementation of a new design, website and packaging concept on kraft paper.

This is not our first cooperation with Brandma. We were so satisfied with our previous cowork that we decided to come back when we needed to rebrand the company. The Brandma team is very helpful, responsible and professional. First of all, we needed to create a new brand, which would refer to the current one, because the company had already been operating on the market for several years and we were recognizable. We wanted to show that the company is not only changing its logo and name, but is developing and expanding the scope of its operations. 
A very cool idea proposed by Brandma was to create subbrands that differ from the main logo in color and the added name of the individual subbrand. Our clients have noticed that rebranding was totally successful.

Everything was done on time. Even if there were slight delays, we were informed in advance.

Mostly, we liked the Brandma's individual approach to the client. This should be standard, but not every company remembers about it.  The Brandma team explained to us exactly why they proposed every particular solution. The specific nature of our company and how we acquire customers have always been taken into account. During the process of creating the website, we discussed our target group, which allowed to create a platform that is as readable and understandable as possible for our clients.

They began by conducting research into the legal industry, looking for and determining what would and would not work. Then they proceeded to create the logo, with sketches that they ran by us, as well as every other minor detail necessary for the brand's success. The logo and brand identity were developed after iterations. Following that, wireframes for the firm's website were created, corrections were made, and the website and its pages were made as user friendly as possible, which was our goal.

In total, We worked with four people from their team which includes the Project Manager, Creative Director, Graphic Designer and their UI/UX Designer

We were completely blown away by the final design of everything, and our customers have already expressed their appreciation for the look and feel of the branding and design. Brandma also informed us that they want to be in it for the long run and that if future work arises, they will gladly open a new ticket to assist.

Their communication and enthusiasm. We knew from our first conversation with Mateusz that the company is passionate about what it does and genuinely cares about the success of its clients. Their work also demonstrates this, as each designs, sketch and screen was revised before they decided it was perfect. The team and I had no hesitation in jumping on a call to discuss the next step in our journey. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with such a talented group.

I am an attorney, founder of MILEWSKA Legal law firm. We provide services for entrepreneurs from Poland, English - speaking and French - speaking countries.

I was establishing my law firm at the end of 2018. I had some ideas how I wanted to present my services to future clients, but I needed a profesionnal and very clear website, as well as branding services: logo, office paper, visiting cards, etc.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was looking at some websites of my colleagues (other lawyers). I found some that I liked and I asked the collegaues whether they recommend services of their website provider. The deciding factor was their recommendation.

During the first personal meeting I explained my idea of the whole business that I am planning to make (so: target clients, languages, scope of services, etc.) and also my esthetical preferences (clear content, "scandinavian" design). Then - I received via email some first ideas of the website design, as well as the logo. The idea was very accurate - I needed to only present some remarks (for example: to use san-serif font, to delete the "paragraph" sign from my logo, etc.).

All of them were implemented very fast and the whole design idea was made quickly. Then - the website was prepared also quickly. The most time-consuming part was the last one - checking mistakes on the website and its language versions (such as, for example: buttons which were not translated to English or French).

During the first personal meeting I met the CEO - Mateusz R. and the Project Manager - Karol B. Then, during the works, I was in constant contact with Karol B.- I have not contacted neither met the developers or graphic designers (however I did not feel the need to). Now, when we are making some changes to my website, I am in contact with a new Project Manager - Joanna S.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I had a direct feedback from my clients that they really like the website, as it is very user-friendly, easy to navigate and very "clean" (with no unnecessary content). Also, 2 friends of mine, thanks to my website, also used BRANDMA's services to create their own websites.

I also see that, even though we did not use at the beginning direct SEO tools, the website was designed in a way, that after 3 years of functionning (during which I was adding the content to the blog on the website), it is more and more visible for the users, we are getting more and more queries from poeple who find us just in Google, clicking some phrases.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their Project Manager, Karol, was very helpful, very responsive. Also - he was able to propose me some solutions just on the basis of vague ideas that I was giving him. The deadlines were respected, just the last part (checking developers' mistakes on the website) took as a bit longer than we predicted.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Definitely their responsiveness (they do not leave your messages unreplied) and their acceptance of the feedback (when I had some remarks related to their work, they were accepting them and immediately changing their way of customer service to eliminate weaker parts of it). Also - they really know their job and are good advisers - you do not need to have a full ready idea of your website and your logo in your head - they will help you put your vague ideas into a real project. Also - they will insist on some solutions that they know will work, even though your first idea is different (so they do not blindly follow the client, but advise once his/her idea is not profitable, doable, etc.).

Well, maybe they could check twice the mistakes on the website before letting the client know it is ready to be checked by him. But that is a tiny error that I have already communicated to them and I see a huge improvement in this field.

The project greatly increased the company's brand recognition, even though we were a startup they made the process of educating customers about our product and technology easier. This outlook made customers know that we are trustworthy and reliable, so we are pleased with the results. They exactly matched what we had in mind originally.

Excellent to work with was Mateusz. He was responsive and ensured we understood every step, from start to finish. He was very understanding, patient, incredibly capable, and a pleasure to deal with. And milestones set were actualized right on time without delay.

Afinia has been supplying top quality nail dust absorbers, cosmetic tables and accessories to beauty salons for many years. In 2021, we decided to complement our product portfolio with a specialty care product. Afinia Candle is the highest quality scented candles for special use enriched with relaxing perfumes, which when heated turns into a soothing hand massage oil after a nail treatment. It creates a , "silk glove effect". The candle was created in a French manufactory in collaboration with Afinia. I am currently co-owner and managing director of Afinia.

For the Afinia Candle series, we needed to create a sub-brand, logo and labels with a color dedicated to each candle scent, as well as communicate the premium feature of our special high quality candles that will be sold and distributed in beauty and cosmetic salons.

They started from a product shelf benchmark and insights obtained from brand clients, particularly those who use their cosmetic tables and accessories (Beauticians and Cosmetic Salons). Brandma created a naming, product brand, logo, labels, and box construction with a color dedicated to each candle scent: Monoi, Pina Colada, Mango, and Marshmallow, and wrapped it all in an eco-friendly craft cardboard box without printing only with hot stamping.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Brandma asked the right questions about the brand, and how it relates to the consumer. They were also knowledgeable about how psychology works when a consumer reviews a product and its packaging. They created an extraordinary packaging structure that encloses the scent and provides a great user experience when opening his or her new candle. We've received positive feedback from our customers, which speaks for itself.

Their design process is nice, and they work with us in a few meetings to show us the benchmark, inspirations, and debrief, and to present us with samples of materials and design ideas. They were in charge of the consultation and sample production with label and carton printers. They direct the project in a methodical and efficient manner. Furthermore, their communication and overall management style were excellent.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Brandma is a boutique packaging design firm that understood our needs and delivered an excellent product. We liked the path they took. Their portfolio was outstanding; everything was flawless. Finally, they contributed to the printer's successful collaboration.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They should improve their communication during the work process. I was taken aback by the complexity of packaging design. It was good, but I wasn't expecting it to be this way. I believe they should begin with design competitions. They could then create larger designs.

We also provide soft skills trainings (sales, negotiation, copywriting trainings). I hired Brandma to design my brands and new websites for both brands (szymonlach.com and salesleaders.pl). It was a big challenge, because I wanted to create brands that communicating business elegance, style and competences. I wanted to achive the premium brand effect and show clients, in case of both brands, that our services are expansive and why they are.

Third challenge was to find a name for HR agency. I wanted to create a name for a brand that won't be strickly connected to my main brand szymonlach.com, but there will be some little connection betwen szymonlach.com and new HR brand. ".

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

For the first and second challnege Brandma suggests:

• elegant fotns,
• lot's of free space on website and

little accents like

• very fresh and that time design of both brands

We decided to limit number of my services on my main website (szymonlach.com) to absolute minimum (from 9 to 3 main services and one extra - HR delivered by Sales Leaders). We decided also to produce special personal brand video to promote my name. Brandma also suggests to enhance the way how I presented my podcast on website and to connect it with articels on my blog.

For the brand name challenge Brandma created Sales Leaders - it is a great solution for me. The brand name communicate our competences, experience in sales area and is connected with my main brand by first letters of my name and surname "S" and "L Brandma also created whole concept of website. They sugesst using similar colors to build an effect of cooperation betwen marks.

Besides we knew that these colors might be very good choice to achieve this premium brand expression. Brandma for both services has created a customer path, customer. They have helped us to understand how

For both brands Brandma also has organized a fully proffessional photo session for me and my employees and also has helped us to choose best photos for both projects.

1. First step was a meeting where we created our expectations. Brandma helped us to understand what exactly do we want and what do we need (there might be huge differences between what I want and what I need - now I know it :)).
2. Second step was a mockup design - they have created mockups for main page and all kids of different pages so we could imagine how both services will look like. It was very usefull and very helpfull and in my personal opinion this step had huge impact on very fast tempo of next steps. In the meanwhile Brandma has organised photo session and helped us to choose final pictures on our both websites. It is worth to add that Brandma has used these photos in mockup designs what helped us imagine the final results of whole projects. After mockups they started coding websites.

Brandma has send us links after some part of coding to test if it works properly. We have had meeting every two weaks and discuss implementation pgoress. If it was necessary Brandma has made some corrects and sends us back to get a feedback.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In the first 6 months from launching my personal brand website I got 3 times more training inquiries than before.. My blog visit about 3 thousands people every month. Webiste is also coded very well in SEO area - post are easy to promote in google and qucikly get satisfied position in google. What about Sales Leaders during first 6 months (using google Ads campaing) we have acquired 25 clients after launching a company and a website. It was u huge results for us. The conversion rate (visitors to inquiries) was 7%. It was a very good rate for us.

Today szymonlach.com is on more than 70 positions in top 3 in google. Every month I got 10 - 12 inquieries and I have almost 80% conversion to contract (I use SEO services for this website). Sales Leaders get about 4 - 6 inquiries every month and the conersion rate is very similar (I don't use any kind of promiotion for this service - nor SEO or any kind of ADS)

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I could rate as 4 of 5 points. Workflow was good. From time to time there were some delays but some of them was also because of me and the fact that I haven't deliver some materials on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

- creativity - understanding of my vision and ability to put in to concrete projects - understanding client's buying path - coding in bery optimal way for future SEO services

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Hmm, difficult question. I think sometimes some part of our cooperation could be done faster. But as I mentioned before, some of delays in deadlines was also because of my mistakes and my delays.
