Given the size and complexity of the website rebuild, they did a great job keeping timelines moving, coordinating feedback, and adapting as priorities evolved over the course of the project. We especially want to recognize our project manager, Liza, who was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She was extremely communicative, proactive, flexible, and always willing to help problem-solve when challenges came up. Liza kept everyone aligned, followed up consistently, and made what could have been an overwhelming project feel much more manageable for our team. Overall, UPQODE delivered a very collaborative experience and remained supportive through launch and post-launch requests as well.

What was most unexpected and impressive though, turned out to be the openness to pitch in with innovative creative ideas based on what they learned during research and discovery about Doberman's personality and aspirations. An example is that Doberman identified a print half tone/dot matrix type aesthetic as something we liked - BUT, we recognized that we produce content for television, not for print. Massive came up with a solution that felt in the spirit of what we loved about the print aesthetic but was geared towards TV - tube TV square pixels.
