Resonate helped with their methodology of interviewing stakeholders and bringing them all on the same page. Through the process Resonate:

Resonate team acts in very high professionalism and integrity. Their friendly and relaxed approach to all obstacles made it very easy to work with them. I feel like they truly care about our project and they bring a lot of value to our end goal. A lot of companies will just put together a product that you ask for, but Resonate Digital has done an excellent job of asking the right questions and providing vital feedback to further improve the scope of the work.

They really get into the details and understand how to make our product the best product possible.

How did Resonate Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They go above and beyond and deliver their tasks within our deadlines and budget.

We do Zoom calls once a week but if needed, we would do it twice depending on which phase of the development project we’re in.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What makes them stand out from other service providers is their genuine care for us as a client, and their ability to go beyond our initial expectations in order to deliver high-quality work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only thing they need to improve on is their premium price but based on the value they bring, I believe they’re worth every penny.

We are incredibly pleased with the work that Resonate carried out. They have translated our vision into a beautiful UX and UI that has resulted in high levels of uptake of our product in its first 6 months on the market.

They supported us beyond design sign off, adapting to development challenges with design changes that resolved user issues.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything was delivered on time, and the communication was excellent through the project. Resonate structured the phases of their work very clearly, with very clear milestones.

This helped us understand exactly where we were at every stage of the project, and were able to anticipate challenges that lay ahead. Resonate adapted to our way of working, joined us on Teams, and also set up fortnightly meetings to review progress.

They were also very good at communicating with our development team.

They were amazing problem solvers. They can digest a user challenge, and produce beautiful solutions. They are great researchers as well, and took time to understand our stakeholders before diving into design.

They did not have assumptions of what would work and they were very evidence based in their decision making.

Resonate identified 3 maturity levels of our target audience which helps us sharpen the communication of value proposition and map our offering to customers' exact needs and goals. Based on their research findings and customer interview insights they provided us with a list of tangible and actionable recommendations for product, sales, and marketing.

Collaboration with Resonate continues through a new project for our sales team. It’s about creating sales enablement materials that should help improve the inbound sales process, and results.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very effective. We have online meetings and an ongoing email communication during the whole project. Resonate always replied very quickly and the team was very flexible in terms of online meetings.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Resonate completed a very thorough research about our industry which was not easy because due to its' nature. It was easy to delegate many tasks to Resonate and just receive excellent results at the end.

We received a clear plan that was implementable for the next phase of the project. With this plan we were able to move forward with our IT department to begin the integration of the website into our CMS platform.

They were all accessible and responsible for the project. We never felt lost or that there were deadlines in jeopardy of being missed. They kept to the schedule and were very supportive in guiding us to stay on track.

Their passion for the work, their active listening skills combined with their critical and thoughtful feedback. They were solutions-driven but very agile in learning about our business and why an idea may or may not work. Their agenda was to support our agenda.
