Its portfolio includes Sofia Data Center (SDC), NetIX, Neterra.Cloud, NetFleet, Sofia Teleport, Thracia Teleport and Neterra.TV.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Studio Kipo to accomplish?

• We hired Studio Kipo to rebuild Neterra's corporate website, but the bigger objective was the platform behind it. Neterra Group runs several brands, and we didn't want to go back to a developer every time we needed a new site. Our goals were:
• A new neterra.com with a modern design and a CMS that our own marketing team can manage day to day, without developer support for routine content work.
• A flexible CMS and design system that lets us build additional brand websites ourselves, reusing the same components and templates. We have since launched sdc.bg, neterra.cloud and netfleet on it.
• A separate, fully custom website for NetIX, our internet exchange, with its own design and CMS built for a different brand and audience.

Neterra corporate website. Studio Kipo delivered a complete rebuild of neterra.com: discovery and information architecture, UX and visual design from scratch based on our brand guidelines, front-end and back-end development, and a custom CMS. 

The key deliverable was not just the site itself but the system behind it. They built a library of reusable components and page templates, so our marketing team can create and edit pages without developer involvement, and so we can launch entirely new brand sites on the same foundation. 

Multi-brand rollout. Using that CMS, we have since built and launched several additional sites ourselves, including sdc.bg, neterra.cloud and netfleet. This was an explicit goal from the start and the platform delivered on it. 

NetIX website. A separate, fully custom project for our internet exchange brand: its own design, its own CMS, built from the ground up for a different audience. Ongoing support and development. 

Since launch, Studio Kipo have maintained and extended all of our websites. This includes new functionality on request, integrations with third-party tools and CRM systems, technical consulting, and fast turnaround microsites for our events.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The rebuild moved the numbers, not just the look of the site. Organic traffic to neterra.net has roughly tripled compared to where we were before the redesign, from around 2,000 visits a month to a 5,000 to 8,000 range, and the site now generates a meaningfully higher volume of inbound leads.

Technical quality is a big part of that. Our site health score sits at 89 out of 100, and the newer sites Studio Kipo built or supported score even higher, with NetIX at 98 and Netfleet at 94. Because the sites are fast and cleanly built rather than assembled from templates, search engines rank us better than they did before.

Just as important, we can finally measure what the website is doing. Analytics and tracking were built in properly from the start, so we have visibility into traffic sources, user behaviour and conversion paths that we simply did not have before. That has changed how we plan content and campaigns.

Communication is where they are strongest. They are responsive and easy to reach, they never leave a question hanging, and they are genuinely pleasant people to work with. Over the years we have never had a moment where we felt ignored. 

When something is urgent or business-critical, they treat it that way and we get it sorted. On timelines they are steady rather than fast. Larger pieces of work and lower-priority requests sometimes take longer than we would like, so we have learned to flag things early instead of assuming a quick turnaround.

What we get in exchange is care. They think through the implications of a change rather than just executing the ticket, and the work holds up over time. After several years and multiple websites together, that trade-off has clearly been worth it for us.

They are very good consultants, not just developers. They ask the right questions before they start building, and they listen carefully to what we actually need rather than what they assume we need.

The thing we value most is their patience. At Neterra they work with a lot of different people across the company, from teams who understand websites well to colleagues who have very little technical background. Studio Kipo adapt to each of them.

They explain, they wait, they walk people through the reasoning until everyone is on the same page, no matter how long it takes. That kind of understanding is rare and it makes a real difference on a project with this many internal stakeholders.

Faster turnaround on smaller, non-urgent requests would help. That is honestly the only thing we would change after several years of working together.

Studio Kipo developed a custom end-to-end tax refund platform for Tax Advice, designed specifically for students participating in the Work and Travel USA program.

The platform manages the complete process, from student registration and document submission through tax return processing and refund payments.

Key deliverables included:

• Student registration, profiles and personal dashboards 
• Secure submission and management of tax documents 
• A comprehensive administration platform for our team to manage students, applications, documents and processing statuses 
• Integration with external services for opening US bank accounts 
• Integration for transferring refunds to US bank accounts

The result is a centralized platform that allows us to manage the entire tax refund process digitally, while providing students with a simple way to submit their documents, track their application and receive their refund.

The new platform significantly streamlined our operations and reduced manual administrative work.

It enabled us to manage the entire tax refund process in one system, from student registration and document submission to payments and refunds. The integrations with banking, payment and cryptocurrency services also made the process faster and more scalable as our number of students grew.
