They were pretty flexible because some of the requirements were still being defined, and we were refining some aspects, so from that standpoint, it went fairly well. Any user feedback we’ve received so far has been positive. They got involved in April or May and we launched at the end of October, so they were able to understand the project, work with us, and ramp up the process.
