I am a senior consultant at a litigation consulting firm. We advise legal teams on litigation strategy to help ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.

We had recently developed a series of new services and systems to help our clients to understand their cases better. The old website was just that, old. It didn't reflect the sophisticated appearance and content of interest to our existing clients and potential clients.

The goal was to create a complete picture of the services we offer with an up-to-date look.

We chose Pixelswithin because Diana is very highly regarded in the field. When we told her about our desire for rich content in a visually exciting layout, she was able to make concrete our concepts for the site.

She seemed to effortlessly understand what it was that we were looking for. She took our ideas and made them better.

Diana was charged with building the new website from scratch. Using Word Press, she programed the site to both be a scrolling and menu- driven site. She created a color palette and templates that gave the site a unified look, balancing copy with compelling images.

In terms of detail, she programmed a logo that would grow and recede as the user navigated the site, handled the sizing of the menus, programed redirect buttons, the "contact us" page, incorporating an existing blog, as well as some more mundane elements.

Most importantly, she helped out staff to work on the site as well, sometimes providing step by step instruction and other times recordings of the procedure that we can use for future reference.

As designer and programmer, Diana was our sole point of contact, which was fine because she was always very responsive.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The site looks incredible. Everyone who has seen it talks about the difference from the old site. The new site is visually arresting and reflects the breadth of services we now offer.

We have no compunction about referring potential clients to the site as a source of information about our services. More importantly, the site now communicates our abilities to tell stories through both pictures and words, which, after all, is what we do.

With each revision of the site, we would provide Diana with a list of comments and questions. As I have said, Diana also took the time to teach the some staff how to change elements of the site.

I don't know if she does this will all of her clients, but it's more efficient to have people in the office who can make modifications to the site as necessary. We would review the comments and questions, change what we could and she would promptly handle the rest. It worked out great.

She also uses a clever phone call scheduling portal where we could schedule appointments to talk with her. She always had sufficient times available to be able to get a hold of her quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I have little programming experience, but I was blown away by how quickly and efficiently she could make changes to the site.

Also, she seemed to have a sense of what would work and what wouldn't, so she saved us a lot of time and bother that way. At the same time, she was always very patient and flexible with us as we took time to make decisions about the site.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There was one time when her call scheduling portal didn't notify her of an appointment. I didn't think of it as a bog deal, in particular.

Whether it's poor cell phone coverage or having a Zoom call glitch out, I think we all understand that technology can be less than perfectly reliable. .

email. It was very effective. Diana was extremely quick, responsive and very easy to communicate with. The team would ask the right questions, which helped us reevaluate some of our ideas.

During the course of three months, we worked with PixelsWithin to iterate over the design of a website that would serve as a landing page, featured projects, about us, and a blog. The site also linked out to our donation portal.

The workflow was highly effective. PixelsWithin has a great turnaround time on iterations and provides interactive mockups that are immediately intuitive allowing us to make decisions much more quickly.

I find their design knowledge and speed to be formidable. Additionally, the level of professionalism was exceptional.

Diana from Pixelswithin worked on every aspect of the project development. As Zenspin co-founder and project manager, I provided the guidelines for the project. We've been working like that, in tandem, for many projects and it's always a great experience as it allows us to work fast and efficiently.

Prior from launch, we did some testing with regular users and the work done by Pixelswithin (branding, color palette, navigation) had a very positive impact on their perception of the brand. They also felt very comfortable with the interface, which is intuitive and playful.
