Additionally, the backend setup with Firebase and MongoDB ensures scalable data management, supporting user engagement and long-term growth.

As a founder, having a team deeply committed to achieving my vision while bringing their technical expertise to build from the ground up created an ideal match. Their adeptness in working across time zones and their availability for asynchronous collaboration through tools like Slack, Miro, and Figma significantly contributed to our project’s success and established a seamless working dynamic.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Codble could have done differently?

One opportunity for enhancement could be to expand the initial scoping phase from a development perspective, allowing for even greater alignment between scope and timelines right from the start. This added focus could further optimize planning, helping to anticipate any adjustments early and setting the stage for a smooth and well-coordinated project execution.
