It required tricky logistics to make the activation happen in such a short time frame. Gramercy Tech handled it professionally and were quite graceful under pressure. They were also very flexible with the cost of the project even though it took longer than expected. If they had a crystal ball we might have approached the data migration issues differently, but they did the best they could with the unforeseen challenges and were able to overcome them to produce the site we needed.

Getting burned down results from them weekly is great, so my company will know right away if we’re tracking within budget or if we’re over budget. They have very good technical expertise, so they were able to deliver. From a management perspective, I think they’ve worked in enterprises before, so they know exactly what type of business users that we deal with and the nuances of that. 5th Method was able to take that into account whenever they did project management. Their group made sure that we were on top of things before we even got started.
