Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Boundless Data has provided us with a suite of IT services for about 20 years now. 
They handle all of our computer hardware procurement and setup, network security, Office 365 Administration, VoIP Phones and e-fax systems that cover multiple office locations, email security, active threat monitoring, etc. 

Over these many years their work has always been consistently excellent and we greatly appreciate their proactive attention to network security. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The biggest indicator of success is that the various security measures in place are unobtrusive and don't get into the way of our day-to-day work while still being quite effective. The other biggest indicator is that when we submit help desk tickets we get a prompt response within minutes.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

There aren't really deliverables and hard deadlines in our case, as this is about ongoing network security and general IT services, but I can say that their responses to our help requests are always very fast and helpful.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

This is a relatively small company with very fair prices and I'm impressed with the high level of service and expertise they provide about even niche topics, without having a particularly large pool of employees to draw on. Tina in particular is incredibly knowledgeable about everything we've ever thrown at her over the years. Don't be fooled by their small headcount, these folks provide enterprise-level services that you'd normally only expect from much larger MSPs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Boundless Data could have done differently?

I've used  them at my current job for 13 years now and they'd been providing IT services for the company for about a decade before I started working there and neither I or anyone else here has any complaintes or even constructive criticism.

Thweir broad scope of work ranges from on-site repair, maintenance, online remote support, peripheral setup, to larger projects like website management, setting online software account solutions, and cybersecurity, we have been able to achieve them all with Boundless Data.

Boundless data offers a personalized project management, whether it is in-person or thgough remote assistance. Even after-hour/weekend/emergency timing they ahve been able to completely assist any and all of our business needs.
