I am the VP of a company that primarily focuses on restoring historical properties.

For what projects/services did your company hire Computer Systems Plus?

We hired Computer Systems Plus to handle all things IT in a building that was almost 100 years old and being restored to an Assisted Living Facility.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to figure out the best way to provide internet, phone, and TV to both residents and staff.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We have been using CSP for our company’s IT solutions and management, so it was an easy decision to give them the opportunity to work with us on a large project.

Describe the project in detail.

CSP helped design and layout WAPs to carry our WiFi signal throughout the facility as well as setting up the business side of The facility to interconnect staff.

What was the team composition?

I initially met with the owner. He helped design the install. From that point on, we dealt with the technicians in the field, who were highly professional. If we ever needed more support, the owner was readily available to facilitate.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The facility has recently opened and there have not been any issues with the system. When a facility such as this (a historical building fitted with modern technology) begins day to day activity, I usually have a few bugs that need to be fixed to run properly. This particular facility has not had any issues to date.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was great. They were very easy and refreshing to work with.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Several things were impressive: their response time, cleanliness, and overall professionalism as they treated the project and their work with respect.
