What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve initially engaged NuAge Experts, LLC to seek beginners’ training on utilizing Pardot, Salesforce’s marketing automation. Upon completing the training stage and helping us with troubleshooting the system, we’ve also tasked their team with generating solutions to help us market our Salesforce-related programs more efficiently.

At present, we rely on their training services and assistance on an as-needed basis.

NuAge Experts, LLC has exemplary training skills. Prior to our engagement, we didn’t have the technical knowledge needed to operate Pardot well — however, their team has managed to share their expertise, which positively impacted our familiarity with the software.

We communicate via email and phone calls. NuAge Experts, LLC has excellent communication skills that help streamline our workflow. We can also count on them to follow our timelines and deliver training services at a cautious pace.
