I’m the head of operations at Clutch, a B2B reviews and ratings platform.

What challenge were you trying to address with Allied Telecom Group?

We needed to ensure that our cabling was laid down and connected properly to the building.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Allied Telecom Group was our cabling partner, and they predominantly worked with our IT provider. They ensured that our internet cabling worked with the cabling we wanted to add. Their team came on-site and installed our cables. We used them both for our old and current offices.

I only spoke with Allied Telecom Group’s account manager.

They were a referral from our commercial real estate broker.

There were times when I was asked some technical questions that I wasn’t prepared to answer. They could’ve improved by ensuring that the right individuals were asked the right questions.
