      I do a lot of my work late at night, and, on the Gravity Junction site, they have a support button that leads me to a form I can fill out 24/7. The form is simple, and it’s rare that they have questions about what I need done. We have a calendar I can go to and set up an appointment. These meetings help us make sure we’re headed in the right direction. There was a communication gap with our prior company but I’ve never felt like that with Gravity Junction.
