Once I paid 50%, They then said I needed to pay more. And to pay for SEMrush (?), then a technical guy started negoitiating with me. Then I redfused because that's not how busines is done. I then asked for a refund and to speak to a manager to which we went round and round and round with no result.
I then kept getting email project updates. Now I get an invoice for the full job. Very odd. They are disorganized and even deluded. I got the invoice and someone asked how the project was going. A month after I asked for a refund. These guys are a joke.

PEARL ORGANISATION hasn't delivered everything they promised. They had been described as pushy and manipulative, as well. The vendor has also withheld the project from the client, which has hindered the client from continuing their project elsewhere.

Via Wix.com - thinking they were reliable They were the first to respond with seemingly a nice offer

No - I have no time for this as it never really came to be, They do the domain authority & backlinks often but I am pretty sure others can do a better job on that. They wanted to make me a new website seperate from wix as this was better. Still nothing clear has been received. Also no app or anything.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

like 4 or 5 people They constantly shift. Who knows what they do in real life... Shivangi and another person.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Really really bad. They do not deliver what they promise for web or app design. Still nothing at all. Hand me my project over please so I can go elsewhere!!

Very manipulative, pressing, pushy

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The fact that they are super pressing, have tons of people ready that without any invitation start to text & introduce themselves - all with very aggressive upselling techniques.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Be less pressing, pushy and manipulative and be more real and transparent about the rates and project provided
