They pestered me on the phone to stay with them, even though I didn't want to because they were employing trainees who were really bad. Despite my requests for a refund since the second day, they have ignored me and still refuse to refund me. To this day, they still refuse to reimburse me or work properly. It was the worst work experience of my life.

I am appalled by the shoddy service and complete lack of professionalism I experienced with Pearl Organisation. During a time when I was battling cancer and undergoing a major operation, I entrusted them with the crucial task of managing my three websites. Their incompetence and dishonesty resulted in all three websites crashing, causing significant damage to my business. Despite being upfront about my health struggles, they took advantage of my vulnerability and extracted around $3,000 from me. 

I have since terminated their services and urge others to avoid this company at all costs. Their actions were not only unethical but also deeply insensitive, considering my personal circumstances. I hope that my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others and that Pearl Organisation is held accountable for their negligence.

Once I paid 50%, They then said I needed to pay more. And to pay for SEMrush (?), then a technical guy started negoitiating with me. Then I redfused because that's not how busines is done. I then asked for a refund and to speak to a manager to which we went round and round and round with no result. 
I then kept getting email project updates. Now I get an invoice for the full job. Very odd. They are disorganized and even deluded. I got the invoice and someone asked how the project was going. A month after I asked for a refund. These guys are a joke.

We followed a referral program and interview 3 final companies and there after awarded the contract to pear organization.

Since the contract started only 10% of the work has been completed. There has been absolutely no response from the caompany.
