He went the extra mile to understand the industry requirements and the overall goals of our client. For Ui design he connected us with their Production head and CTO who helped us understand the overall look and feel of the app and how different functions will come together this helped us streamline the overall production process which resulted in extremely smooth execution of the project.

For the development process, we followed an agile approach which allowed us work on different aspects of the project simultaneously this was highly effective as we had to keep our client in loop all the time.

It is difficult to measure KPIs for UIUX success as we haven't put it on development. However, we have done a small focus group within our company to check the overall experience of the design and we have received overwhelmingly positive responses from our co-workers.

Recently the bounce rate of our website has increased and despite our efforts, we were unable to control it. After a detailed analysis of the customers' journey on our website using Hotjar we discovered that most of our users jumped the website after the first fold, and the ones that were browsing the website were finding it difficult to navigate through the website. Thus, we decided to go with a revamp with a professionally designed UiUx.

After the initial meeting, they worked on the wireframes based on the data they collected through their research. Once the wireframes were approved, they worked on the website designs.

Their design looks much cleaner and more organized than our current website. The customer journey is also very well optimized. The initial feedback that we have received on our designs through focus groups is also very positive, and we will be going toward the development phase very soon.
