For what projects/services did your company hire Codment, and what were your goals?

Our website was created over 5 years ago and had become outdated. We hired this team to redesign a WordPress site for us. Doing such, we were expecting to increase traffic substantially by the end of the year.

We searched for online web developers in our area and shortlisted 5. We ended up choosing this company based on their excellent design skills.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and expectations. The team delivered mock-ups and wireframes for our site. After a few variations, the team designed and developed an informational WordPress site.

A project manager was our main point of contact throughout the development process. There were two developers and designers working behind the scenes.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our website, we saw a 70% increase in traffic, and our leads doubled over time. Clients love the overall design, as they now have a better understanding of our services.

We communicated every alternative day with their project manager who communicated with the rest of the team. If something was causing a delay, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare.
