They help us with three companies. We’ve got our graphic sign company, Sign It Quick. I also have a nonprofit health and wellness business called Your Health Defender. There’s also an ongoing legal shield business called Performance Family.

What challenge were you trying to address with Gravity Junction, LLC?

They’re our go-to agency for web development across all three companies.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We first had them handle our legal shield business website. They’ve always done a great job with the website and actually rebuilt it last year. It’s never needed any SEO work done as it’s an internal thing.

They also handle all our SEO for our graphic sign website. We were using a local company for that service before but they grew to be not as responsive as we needed. We were seeing fewer results and more problems, so we brought on Gravity Junction. We have multiple locations, and one of the challenges with the old website was that it had to be relevant, correct, and properly-functional for different locations. They also create a monthly newsletter for this same business. It has great open- and click-through-rates. Everything has been working very well.

What is the team composition?

I’ve worked with Sharla (CEO), Tess (CMO), Mandy (Web Developer), Sylvi (Content Creator). Sharla is my main point of contact, but it switches depending on what I’m doing. Sylvi helps me with the appearance of my documents and information, and Tess helps with writing.

How did you come to work with Gravity Junction, LLC?;

I’d known Charlotte for a long time and we’d done different things along the road together. We had a natural flow.

How much have you invested with them?

We pay a hosting fee of $75 dollars per month for each of our sites, as well as individual bills for the changes we make. We spend about $2,000 per month on the health website, $2,100 on the signage website. We’ve spent tens-of-thousands of dollars in total with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since January 2015.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Especially on the signage website, time-on-page has increased significantly. They’ve completely rebuilt the signage website and it’s so much nicer now.

How did Gravity Junction, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

I do a lot of my work late at night, and, on the Gravity Junction site, they have a support button that leads me to a form I can fill out 24/7. I’m always updating and changing things, particularly on the legal and signage websites. The form is simple, and it’s rare that they have questions about what I need done. They usually get the fix done within 24 hours. We have a calendar I can go to and set up an appointment. These meetings help us make sure we’re headed in the right direction.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re super-eager to please. No matter who I’m working with, they bend over backward. I haven’t had a problem with anyone on their team. There was a communication gap with our prior company but I’ve never felt like that with Gravity Junction.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything they should focus on improving at the moment.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be clear in your communication. Perhaps we didn’t do so well with our previous company, but the point is, is that it goes both ways. It’s nice that we feel open and free to communicate what we want and don’t want with Gravity Junction.

We needed to have the right message within a new website. We chose Gravity Junction to help us redo the message for our clients and revamp several areas with the site.

Gravity Junction, LLC helped from a creative and technical standpoint. The team redeveloped our website. Along with the website, they helped us with SEO strategy and other marketing aspects.

We worked with three people from their team, which included two upper-level employees.

Word of mouth. They were recommended to us through a realtor that we have. We decided to get to know them after that recommendation.

We’ve spent about $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with their team in March 2020. We’re on a yearly contract with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’ve been very satisfied with what Gravity Junction, LLC, has done. It’s a bit too premature to see how it’s impacting customers, but we’ve seen positive comments so far. We’re able to show how strong we are in different marketplaces. The initial reviews have been fantastic.

Their team is tracking everything for us, and they’re giving us monthly reports.

Gravity Junction, LLC, is easy to talk to. Their team is extremely down to earth. Their communication style is above and beyond. Their organizational skills hold us accountable. It’s a smooth process, which makes it quick. We communicate weekly through calls and emails.

They’ve been great to work with. They work well at driving that communication.

Right now, no.

I’ve recommended them to a few clients already. Everything is working out in that area.

We enlisted the help of an agency to help build our website, and nothing was getting done. We struggled for a year and a half with that company, which led us to hire Gravity Junction.

They created our website from scratch and migrated massive amounts of content from our old site. The team creates videos on a quarterly basis and routinely manages our social media.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’ve been nothing but a breeze since they started. Not only are their personalities great, but they also don’t force me to learn the technologies. If we ask for something to be done, 99% of the time it gets done. If it’s the 1%, they’ve come back to us and explained why we shouldn’t do something. They really have gotten us from the get-go. It’s been a perfect fit.
