THE COMPANY WAS CONTACTED TO DEVELOP WEBSITE FOR WITH INTERACTIVE BOOKING AND VALUE ADDITION TO THE EXISTING WEBSITE. THE TIMELINE GIVEN WAS 04 MONTHS FROM AUGUST 2023 TO DECEMBER 2023. ITS BEEN 10 MONTHS AND THE WEBSITE IS NOT EVEN HALFWAY COMPLETE. ALL THE NUMBERS PROVIDED CAN ONLY BE REACHED IF THEY WISH TO CALL. YOU WONT BE ABLE TO CALL THEM AT ANY POINT OF TIME. 

THE STAFF KEPT CHANGING WITHIN 1 MONTH AND EVERY TME YOU WILL HAVE TO EXPLAIN THE SAME TO THE NEW PERSOON ABOUT THE ENTIRE PROJECT. PEARL ORGANISATION's expertise level and the quality of the website parts that have been developed so far are poor. THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT COZ IF YOU ASK THEM TO CONNECT TO THE MANAGER, WHICH I DID MUTILPLE TIMES, WAS TELLING ME THAT THE MAIN HEAD IS SOMEONE ELSE. NEVER TRUST AND PAY EVEN A SINGLE PENNY.

I asked the to finalise my website that was already developed but the checkout process and customer login was too difficult. I wanted it like Yaga.co.za, with custom coding. I never asked for a redesign or anything, I was 100% happy with my site.

I am very dissatisfied, they redesigned the whole site even though this is not what I asked for. They keep wanting to add costs and lie about expenses like telling me I need to buy Woocommerce otherwise my site will not work, while Woocommerce is free? Also I needed to purchase unlimited webspace for a hell of a lot of money and I still have only 3GB I bought from my hosting company - another lie, apparently it is still loading (for 2 months). 

It has been many hellish months with them and my site is still not working.I am beyond unhappy with them, they lie and cheat and invent costs. They do not keep to briefs and most of the time cannot remember what I hired them for. I now have a website that is ok, but I am not crazy about the look, I liked the one I spent a lot of money to develop and they just redid for no reason. The site is still not working, I cannot create a store or list items. 

Their new story is that my site has 0 domain authority and they need to fix this first, at a cost of course, before they can continue, of course it has 0 domain authority it is not functional or operational! Please do not waste your time and money on these people. They are honestly the most untrustworthy people I have ever come across. Apparently I will have a finished site tomorrow. Oh please tell me another story!

No they are liars and cheaters. They said that they would fix my issues in 10 days, it has been over 5 months of hell with these cheaters. I am beyond unhappy.

Absolutely nothing impressive but they do get an award from me for the most stupid cheaters and scammers I have ever met. They think clients are dumb and they can invent costs without a client questioning it.

Though 50% of our ERP was already developed but there are more than 80 functions and other associated sub functions which were required to be developed and final QC of the product in terms of functionality work on 360 degree level was required

As pur ERP was already working but timely basis and in current requirements too there were more than 80 functions which were actually required to be developed so we devided the entire work into 4 stages and it was assigned ot Pearl Organisation for 1 year - 20 functions for 1 quarter along with QC and final reports

there was approx 10-15 team members were deployed over our project and there was 1 account manager, and he was really great, he helped in every stage of the project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK Now every functionality of the ERP is working really fine, and we are 100% stasified with the done job by Pearl Organisation. The team is really good in their domain and they have prior very well expereince too like how an ERP should work and what roles at what level should be followed. 

best part is that now just from our invoices we can collect the payments too, client receives an email and from there only client can pay too and it's completely AI based like if payment is not gone due to any reason then it wil redirect to other payment gateway and once paid client get auto paid receipt and agreement files and many more loops within the same 1 function only. we were not having idea about this long loop but Pearl Organisation suggested us and deliver it with 100% satisfaction.

. No... when we develop a product obviously there are multiple views like if and but and in all such views only Pearl Organisaiton helped us to get what exactly right for our business. Their cost for developing and designing ERP applications is really good and pocket friendly. would give for the cost 5+ star rating.

It was great. The assigned team was able to understand the previous coding style though it took some time to actually start the further development and to deliver all the outcomes, but overall there was no as such issue that i shoudl mention here.

Pearl Organisation development and keeping a customer always informed style, their communication is always with me and they have developed what exactly was informed most improtant thing they means both of their account managers were all time in tocuh with me on whatsapp and it was very excellent expereince for me to understand the live progress of the project.

No as such, would recommend Pearl Organisation within my business circle. They are really offering their services for value for money. if they can provide support also free of cost, then it will be great although they have given me 1 year of support it was started from the day when the project was started not from the day the project work was completed, I can understand this is their agreement policy but this is my simple suggestion otherwise it was a great experience with Pearl Organisation.

i had contacted more than 10 freelancer and companies but none found like Pearl Organisation, they offer dedciated account for customer's entire communcation withinin their software named Pearl Client Workspace it really helps in managing 95% of the communication and helps in streamlining the project work, recommend app Pearl Client Workspace.

They recommended that I redesign my website to increase viewers, and then further suggested that I pay more for API, pay more for SEO, pay more for quality backlinks, and several other 'lifetime' subscriptions' along with more server space to increase speed.

They completely redesigned my website and changed the aesthetics in a manner that was completely disagreeable and almost ugly. They tried to fix according to my wishes but quite a lot was lost in translation. I gave up and modified what I could to save what I could. They did almost nothing for three months on my youtube channel, and when finally they did, it was I who suggested they work on thumbnails, keywords, and such. 

On their own I don't know what they did but it took them 6 months to increase subscribers by 100. My website still does not have any domain authority, nor increased visitors, nor any measurable improvments. They then proceeded to tell me that if I gave them management of my IG account that would change things. I finally did and they have done nothing measurable for 2 months. My mistake. Now they are asking for more money because they continue to tell me all the things that are preventing their success. They have yet to show me ANY MEASURABLE INCREASE IN ANY FORMAT.

They simply blame the lack of tools on why they don't achieve success, they've shown zero results or an increase in viewers. subscribers, followers, or visitors. I just lost ₹2 lakh, and I don't want anyone else to fall into this trap.

In February, we decided to work on an idea, so I reached out to a company named Pearl Organization to develop an app where users could interact with instructors via live video. The primary goal was to connect instructors with learners. As an experienced programmer, I could have developed this app myself, but I wasn't familiar with some of the necessary technologies, so we decided to hire them.

Initially, I mentioned many features, but I had to reduce them because their developers couldn't understand the functionalities. Despite this, I agreed to pay the full amount. We had a meeting on Google Meet about the project, and they asked me to pay half of the project amount in advance and the rest after one year. So, I paid them half.

The next day, I received numerous calls from their department, and their so-called senior developer tried to convince me to buy their API for $300. I asked her a simple SQL question, which she couldn't answer, and then she said, "Okay, if you don't need it, then don't purchase it."

After 10 days, there was no progress, not even 1%, even though they had committed to delivering the project in 25 days. They couldn't design a single screen on Figma, claiming they didn't understand the functionality. So, I provided them with Adobe XD designs, and guess what? They couldn't even code these designs in Flutter. I was shocked by the gap between what they claimed and what they could actually deliver.

I've wasted all my money, and they are refusing to refund it. They have done this to other clients as well. There are numerous negative reviews about them on Google, but no one is taking action against them. They don't have any skilled developers; all of them have only basic skills. I have all the proof, and I urge our government to take action against such scam companies. If this company continues doing the same thing, no one will think about starting a business.

I hired them to develop an Android and iOS app using Flutter. Initially, I provided extensive requirements, but I had to simplify them because they struggled to understand the initial scope. Despite this, I paid the full amount.

At the project’s outset, they failed to design a single screen in Figma, claiming they couldn’t grasp the requirements. Consequently, I provided them with the design in Adobe XD.

After 10 days with no progress, I granted an additional 5 days for screen design. However, even with the XD designs provided, they were unable to code the screens in Flutter, delivering an unfunctional app. As a result, I have decided to halt the project.

They are complete beginners and don’t even know how to communicate with the client. Initially, they committed to delivering the project in 25 days, but they later took 150 days to code it and delivered a non-functional app. They had no knowledge of making an app responsive and never met any deadlines.

As per given commetment over email it will not take more than 7 working days to complete the campaign creation. Its been now 2 months plus not a single campagin is live.

Also, upon agreement we have decided to create x type of campaign where in their team came up with y type of campaign and their higher authority says team did grate work which i feels a joke. Also, upon asking some small work team is taking entire week to comeup with work which is not at all good sign. Also, they assigned 4 different manager for the project and non of them are knowledgeable on work they are lloking for. Their ground level team is very bad and full of arrogance do not have respect for a single person.

Very Bad Experience. Will not recommend to any one.
