I am the Social Media Manager at Elite Wiki Writers. We provide different publication services. I am also the member of the team who works for enhancing customer experiences.

For what projects/services did your company hire Future is app , and what were your goals?

We have loads of clients and we used different client management tools and web applications but still, we were facing difficulties due to a very particular niche in the industry. We decided in order to enhance the customer's experience and to smooth the process, we should have a mobile app customized according to our requirements.

We got exactly what we were looking for!

The process went very smoothly. We used a step by step process which was explained by their representative at the start. Alan, the project manager was very friendly and cooperative.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked mostly with Alan who was the project manager. I also had some detailed discussions regarding functionalities with Max, their lead app developer working on our project. (I don't recall his designation). I was also in touch with Lisa who was from their billing department.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The process was smooth. All the deliveries were made on time.

The project manager, Alan was very friendly and cooperative. There was a tool that I don't recall (Perhaps it was a customized tool for project management) which was pretty simple and convenient.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The deliverables were on time, which we found really impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nope.

We were searching for an App development agency we found FIA through a website apart from them we had 5 other proposals but their timeline and cost were the most effective

We had a meeting Alan asked us all details and proposed to us a timeline, after which the project was initiated and delivered on time

The spokesperson was Alan, on the backend, there was some developer, I didn't know about them. Contact person was only one Alan

Delivered the App none any marketing was done and the app is optimized at 100% user friendly

We had weekly updates on projects and all work was delivered according to the initially shared timeline.

Their commitment to delivery and following the proposed timeline was impeccable.
