I’m a partner at an accounting firm called Team 80. We do bookkeeping and accounting for small businesses.

What challenge were you trying to address with 4B Marketing?

We hired 4B Marketing to help us with SEO and digital marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The 4B Marketing team provides SEO. They implement Google ads and social media campaigns intending to produce leads. Their efforts also include writing blogs, tracking all of our Google analytics, and helping us redesign our website.

What is the team composition?

We work with Jessica (Digital Marketing Specialist) and Tyler (Marketing Director).

How did you come to work with 4B Marketing?

Tyler used to have his own company, which we found through an affiliate CPA firm. Tyler joined forces with 4B Marketing in October 2020, and that’s when we decided to work with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $20,000 to date.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the partnership with them in October 2020, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Before we started working together, our website barely got any traffic. We’ve now increased our monthly users from 30–664. Adding on to that, our incoming leads have increased by 300%. We’ve brought in about $56,000 worth of new business on an annualized basis due to their efforts.

How did 4B Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

We have a lot of email communication. They’ve performed fantastically. We also have two meetings a month on Google Hangouts to review our metrics and numbers. We set goals and develop a plan to achieve them. The team has been wonderful and very collaborative.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re the only digital marketing that we’ve worked with that’s been able to create excellent results for us. We’re accountants and therefore know nothing about marketing. We just crossed our fingers and hoped for the best relationship, and we’re more than happy collaborating with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have any input there. They’ve done everything as well as could ever be expected.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You need to participate in the process, answer their questions, and give them feedback. As long as you work collaboratively, you’ll be successful.
