I’m the first lady of Emmanuel Christian Fellowship Church Inc. We’re a religious organization with a non-denominational church.

We needed to update our website and refresh our marketing strategy. We wanted our church to get noticed on social media.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I initially contacted The 95 Agency to design signage and update our website. During the discovery phase, The 95 Agency asked us to fill out a questionnaire to get information about our church and brand guidelines. 

The 95 Agency is still working on our site’s development. We’ve provided the written content, and they’ve designed and developed it. 

Moreover, The 95 Agency has recently designed postcards, a retractable banner for our church’s lobby area, and a wall decal. They ensured their designs matched our color scheme. We gave them the idea of what we wanted for the designs, and The 95 Agency has organized a photo shoot of my husband and me to include our photo on the banner and postcards. The postcards have our church’s contact information, and we plan to distribute them in our community.

We’ve worked with a total of 3–5 designers from The 95 Agency. We’ve worked with different designers and web developers.

One of The 95 Agency’s staff members attended our church, and that is how we met their company. We selected The 95 Agency because we liked their work portfolio.

We’ve invested less than $5,000 with The 95 Agency.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in December 2022, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Since this project is ongoing, we don’t have quantitative metrics yet. However, The 95 Agency has a good eye for design. They’ve walked us through the process and ensured their designs were cohesive with our brand. Additionally, an installer came to our church to install the wall decal and ensure it was installed correctly. 

Moreover, The 95 Agency's online payment system was new to me. This was a learning curve for me, and The 95 Agency has taught me the payment process patiently and helped me understand it easily.

How did The 95 Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

The 95 Agency meets deadlines and stays on budget. We communicate through phone calls and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed with The 95 Agency’s professionalism and excellent service — their staff is always welcoming and helpful.

I can’t think of everything for The 95 Agency to improve.

We needed someone to provide us with branding, web development, and product design.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started the project by providing them with a product design of a planner through PDF. They then used their software to develop the final product and presented them to us ready to be printed.

They’re currently developing my website, business plan, and brand trademark. Other than that, they’ve also purchased the domain and created a logo based on my choice of color template, font, and style.

King has a strong social media presence and I’ve actually been following them for quite some time. I decided to hire them because I was intrigued by the work that they were doing.

 What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Everything that I’ve requested has been executed and they always accommodate me any time there’s a correction that needs to be made. I’m very appreciative of their communication as it makes for a beautiful project.

How did The 95 Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

They perform well from a project management standpoint, as they meet their deadlines and consistently stay on budget. Some aspects of the projects did take a bit longer at different points of the development, but I don’t necessarily think it was due to a lack of service on their part.

We use Trello to manage the project and typically communicate through text and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re most impressed with their approach to communication — I always feel like I’m always being heard whenever I address my concerns or feedback.

Another impressive thing about The 95 Agency is how helpful and professional they’ve been in helping us as a nonprofit agency. We’ve definitely established a great relationship with their team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could maybe pay more attention to the little details of the product they’re developing, because I feel like there are certain parts of it that should’ve been corrected before presenting them to me for feedback.

However, they do resolve those issues quickly, so I don’t really have too much constructive criticism.

My advice is to make sure you define the requirements of your project clearly to make the development process go smoothly.

We needed someone to help us build and design a pitch deck and website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The 95 Agency produced a pitch deck that enables us to present our organization to celebrities and prominent figures for donations. They also helped develop a website to increase our awareness and cover our program for vital information.

The pitch deck was submitted in PDF format, and they handled all the design and content writing aspects of the entire project. We just gave them a bit of background on our business, but they did the overall research for the statistics to round out all the information that we needed to convey.

As for the website, they had a custom design and also provided us with content writing, security, maintenance, and support.

We worked with the founder, a copywriter, and a web designer.

We learned about the owner of The 95 Agency from a mutual friend. I looked at their website and decided to hire them based on their amazing portfolio.

We worked on this project in April 2022.

We measure the success of the project based on their turnaround time, as everything was delivered even before the allotted time frame — this gave us more opportunities to learn more about the process.

Their project management was great as we utilized a project management board to streamline the project, share documents and key information, and made sure everything was aligned correctly.

We mainly communicated through email and the project management platform.

We were highly impressed with their creativity, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.

I can’t think of anything they need to improve on.

I would just advise you to fully understand what you’re trying to do and be sure about your idea and business, because they can assist you in so many ways.

Project management has been excellent. They’re also punctual and communicative with us, and we use phone calls to talk to each other.

They’re committed to providing us with a good service rather than just focusing on the money — this distinguishes them from other providers.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — they’re affordable, and everything has been great since the start of the project.

Upon reaching out to The 95 Agency, we told them our ideas. We didn’t know how to market, but they helped us bring our ideas to life. The team worked on social media, specifically Instagram and Facebook. Also, they developed our WordPress website from scratch, created our logo, and did some branding and UX/UI design. We provided the content we wanted on the website, such as the about us information.

We worked hand-in-hand with one person. He told his team what we needed, and they created everything else.

We searched online for someone local and looked at their work for other people. It was really clean and professional. Overall, we hired them for all the good reviews we found and their previous work; we felt they were the best fit for us.

We roughly spent $6,500 for the mockup, branding, logo, and so on.

We worked with them from January–February 2022. They did everything within a month.

Overall, they created a way for us to receive the attention we needed. Our numbers went up on social media, and people want to know more about our company, which is a plus.

Communication was effective. We were always able to reach someone, and they always got back to me promptly. Moreover, they put everything we needed together within the timeframe we asked.

Our team had a consultation to talk through our goals, key deliverables and the vision of Explore Options Coaching. The project manager was very timely and consistent with communicating a process and timeline of the deliverables. They were very tech savvy and was able to collect information from me and my team with utilizing a portal with single sign ins. My documents were kept private and confidential. This was a very seamless process!

Initially, we had to do a website makeover, so we hired The 95 Agency. Later into our engagement, they also started helping me with a rebranding process that encompasses marketing and advertising.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, The 95 Agency completely revamped my existing website and integrated it into Shopify. After that, I discovered that they could also manage our rebranding, so we started working on that side too. Currently, we’re working towards a relaunch of my entire company.

Their involvement includes label manufacturing, product and brand photography, marketing, and advertising. Additionally, The 95 Agency provides me with business consulting services. This is my first time having a website that I can manage, so they’ve been teaching me how to operate its backend, and they give me tips on how to increase my revenue and scale my company.

I only work directly with King (Founder), but I’ve seen photographers and a copywriter from The 95 Agency working on my project. I don’t know who the copywriter is, but this person is great and writes the best ads.

Our best result is, of course, that our sales have increased. My website is also more streamlined and clean now, and I know how to operate its backend. Now that we’ve added Shopify, everything is simpler.

Additionally, the quality of the content that The 95 Agency helps me create has definitely made a difference in the responses we get and the engagement in social media.

How did The 95 Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

The 95 Agency redesigned my website in less than a week, which was a surprising and amazing turnaround time. Additionally, their customer service and communication skills are impressive. They break everything down into steps, walking us through the process and ensuring that we remain included at all times.

They have an entire portal through where I can communicate with them directly. Initially, King provided me with my own login credentials and walked me through this portal’s backend. In there, I can see our agreement, the list of services that they’re providing, and a breakdown of those services so that nothing gets lost in the translation.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The 95 Agency’s experience, communication skills, and professionalism are their most impressive assets. Additionally, I feel that I’m getting more than what I’m paying for — they underpromise and overdeliver.

No. I haven’t run into any issues working with The 95 Agency yet.

Come in with a blueprint for what you want. Even if you don’t know exactly how you want things to go, have some direction before engaging with The 95 Agency. They can’t read minds nor create something great from thin air; they need your vision to help them deliver what you’re looking for.
