They built our website for us.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I did a google search and interviewed a few companies.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

They too over a project I had from another designer and I was not at all happy with. They not only took over the project, they redid it from scratch once they realized that the previous company hadn't done what they promised.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 2 that I was in contact with but there were others who did the coding.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They actually got the project done and I am currently getting coaches to sign up. I wasn't able to do this with the last company. Even after 2 years.

There was a main person I started talking with, Kevin. Once he understood my issues, he passed me onto a project manager. However, he realized that I had more questions and the project was more in depth than originally thought. So he took over the project and has been my contact ever since.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

A few things struck me as professional and personal. They rebuilt the website from the bottom up and did way more work than originally anticipated. When I assumed that I would be paying way more money, Kevin said 'No, we will stay with the original quote." I was shocked and obviously pleased."

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think that they went above and beyond the scope of the original quote. I am using them for social media marketing, customer support, and other services. One stop shopping is awesome.

A project manager was my main point of contact throughout this process… there were several other assistance/developers and a designers working behind the scenes non stop…

We are still a work in progress but going strong thanks to SMS!

They’re ability to reply to me in seconds!!! And give me pointers about my future moving forward as a first Time business owner
