I’m the CEO of an appliance repair service.
What challenge were you trying to address with Panorama Press?
We needed help with lead generation.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The target was to grow our company to multiple cities. They helped us set up the websites and managed all the PPC and Facebook Ads. They also helped up with lead generation, SEO, and Google Ads

We worked with Quique (CEO).
How did you come to work with Panorama Press?
I met Quique at a function. I tried them out and our relationship grew from there.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $2 million–$3 million.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in May 2004, and our work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They helped us grow one company from one location earning $100,000 per year to $5 million per year. We grew at a rate of 40% a year. With tracking, we could tell how many calls we were getting from a website and how many appointments were set. The metrics were all very good.
How did Panorama Press perform from a project management standpoint?
Their communication is fantastic.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They do so much hosting everywhere. There was a time when Google changed its algorithm and 1,200 of our websites disappeared over night. Only 20% of our call volume was actually reduced because of all the other advertising they had us doing. It was pretty outstanding.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I can’t think of anything. Whenever I have an issue, they sit down and figure it out. We haven’t had to go over anything in a while.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
My advice is not to make things too complicated. Let them do their job and don’t get in the way.

I’m the founder and CEO of ETA Sports, a sports agency.
What challenge were you trying to address with Panorama Press?
I needed help with web design and development and brand identity.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They take care of my brand management and marketing services, optimizing my website by redesigning and redeveloping it from the ground up. Additionally, their team takes care of my social media accounts, posting on a daily basis. The final site was done in WordPress.
Their team is also responsible for the vast majority of my email marketing efforts. They're integrated into our G-Suite and able to examine responses to our marketing emails. That way, they can assist with responses. We also count on them for SEO and SSL certificates.
What is the team composition?
I work with the manager, the owner, and two other people. Some were designing the website and others were staffed to social media. One person handles Facebook, one person handles Instagram, and another person handles LinkedIn.
How did you come to work with Panorama Press?
I found them on LinkedIn. They were quickly on the same page with me, which was refreshing compared to others I spoke to about the work.

We spent between $100,000-$200,000.

They’re very professional and have helped me a lot. The current business climate during the pandemic has negatively affected metrics that would otherwise be impressive, though.

Project management is really great. They answer my calls at any time of the day, always meeting deadlines. We communicate through calls, Zoom, and Google Hangouts. They advise me on best practices. Communication is good, and I'm hoping to have them visit our facilities in the future.

There’s nothing I’d have them improve upon.

Panoramapress has a very capable staff spearheaded by QuiQue Lopez with his assistant Nick Butler. QuiQue holds the reins while Nick handles the day to day operation.doling out the daily assignments to panoramapress's worldwide workforce
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Quality control and organization. With the use of Google Hangouts Panoramapress has a very effective way to oversee a worldwide workforce and monitor productivity.
