I am the owner of a Dog Training business called: Russian Dog Trainer.

For what projects/services did your company hire Bullfrog Creative Agency, and what were your goals?

I needed a website for my company. It was important that it listed my services, made it easy for clients to get in contact with me, and tell my story. I also needed help advertising my services to people local in my community. Bullfrog set up my marketing campaign and assists me with it every single week.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They are located nearby me. I needed a business that could help me do everything - as I could not do all of this by myself.

We started by consulting about what I needed done for my business. Bullfrog offers a lot of different type of work but I run a small local business. So we needed to figure out exactly what I needed and how they could help me. They were very helpful with this and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. We started with a website. They built my website. And are continuing to do work on it. I love it. It is perfect for my business and the size of my business.

Already I have had new clients contact me through my new website and I love that a lot. Then they helped me build a marketing and advertising plan. Because I am a local business they let me know of a good budget to start with. And also offered A LOT of different helpful ways to advertise offline as well that I already started doing. They helped me figure out all of the apps and groups to start posting in to get started. And will be helping me with paid advertising as a finish working with a few new clients they helped me get for the end of the year.

I worked with Charlie who was my point of contact in starting the project. He also works with Hunter. They both own the business.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Yes, since building the website and launching some of their campaign strategies for me, I have 3 new clients I am working with!

They are available at all times. Which is really nice. I have a lot of questions and was scared that after spending money and working with them that it would be hard to get ahold of them but this was not the case. They actually called and messaged me many times to make sure everything was working correctly and if I needed any help.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I would definitely say how they built a plan that really suited my needs. It made it seem like they have worked with TONS of dog trainers before but this was not the case. They have a good understanding of what you need and how to create a website and campaign based on what you look for.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There isn't really anything I would say that needed improvement. They gave me an outline of what they would be doing for me and then completed it in our first area of work together.

Bullfrog successfully launched a PR campaign to help Foss Consulting get information on the innerweb. They also helped with backlinks and SEO.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was looking for a small selective company that could tailor more to my custom needs and particular company. I cam across them on a web advert then spoke to the mon the phone. Bullfrog offered the solution I was looking for at reasonable, fair and honest rate.

First we went through a discovery phase to determine the scope of the project. Next the guys devised a custom plan that zeroed in on exactly what needed to happened for the plan to work. I spoke with the chief writing agent that helped formulate some of the internet content. Then the guys executed the plan and after it was posted I received instant feedback.

Three. Two owners and the chief writing agent.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The PR campaign was very successful. The plan was executed and the results were instant. Within hours of the article being posted I received served leads. I also saw my company on the first page of Google, so the SEO was successful as well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very success, with multiple phone calls. We have weekly conference calls with the whole team, so all my questions were answered.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I loved the one-on-one communication. I literally worked one-on-one with ownership.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only improvement I would recommend is marketing Bullfrog Agency as company more. More people need to hear about this agency, as they only provide value. Great group of guys!
