      Within the first month, we received a few leads but they were very high quality and we actually closed our first new franchisee from this campaign. Each month the number of leads we receive increases and we've increased our budget twice as a result of it. While we have had other initiatives that work, from a rate of return standpoint, this is our best marketing project for attracting new franchise owners. Recently, we saw big increases in the number of leads but noticed a dip in quality.

      A lot of times, other agencies are restricted by the fact that they’re counting minutes under the agency umbrella, but Rob doesn’t behave that way. He provides a high level of human touch to what he does. I would advise future clients to touch base with Rob every month and to have that discussion live.
