They’re incredible. We recently made changes to our website, and they slowed down the adjustments so we wouldn’t affect our traffic too much, communicated every step of the way, and gave us updates. In terms of communication and execution, they’re all top-notch. Their team is integrated into our tracking portal and Salesforce to track opportunities and ensure we’re allocating our money appropriately. We have a standing Wednesday call, and we get on a video call each month to go through the data from the previous month. Also, if we have a specific question, we can pick up the phone and call them directly. The Digital Intellect is always available for us.

We’ve always had a healthy increase of 10%–15% year over year. Even though we spent most of 2018 developing and testing the website, we still got an increase of 20%. In 2019, we had an increase of 35% compared to the previous year and a 40% in 2020. Lastly, it seems like we’re on track for another 40% in 2021. We’ve felt that our money has been well spent since the website is targeted according to our needs. Moreover, we’re now able to put emphasis on certain products quickly, which has been really beneficial for us.
