I am the Founder of LaundrybyTIMESIGNATURE a Dry Cleaning business in Lagos Nigeria.

Our company which recently started the business then require a web presence and we hired StartupBug to develop one for us

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were simple

1. Create a unique website
2. Ensure the site is functional giving customers the ability to raise orders and engage the managers of the business
3. Ensure the site is optimized SEO - wise
4. Ensure it is representative of our strong brand

How did you select StartupBug?

We hosted a Project of Freelancer and selected StartupBug from a host of many service providers who applied. Our selection parameters were mainly, quality of previous works, speed, and recommendations.

The project involved the gathering of information for web development, matching the design template to the vision and brand equity of the founder, then actualization of the envisioned state to reality.

What was the team composition?

the Project suggested to me that StartupBug had account management, marketing, developers, Quality Control and Customer Services tram working on the project

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The result was very satisfactory and indeed our company has been getting orders from online.

Very effective, Feedback was taken promptly and used.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The level of responsiveness was very good. Customer service as well.

Are there any areas for improvement?

None that i know of. StartupBug is a company I have come to partner with and I look forward to our next project
