For what projects/services did your company hire Construction Marketing Inc.?

We hired Construction Marketing to not only completely redo our website, but our marketing materials as well.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals for our website were to have a user friendly site that provides our current and potential customers with information about us as a company, what we offer, and what they can expect throughout the building process. For our marketing materials, we desired a clean, updated look from our current brochures, etc.

How did you select this vendor?

After meeting in person with Rob and Mariel, and hearing all of their ideas, we knew they would be a great company to work with. Their unique ideas on branding and marketing really set them apart from their competitors.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

Construction Marketing completely redid our website and even rebranded our company. They designed a new logo, created all new marketing materials (brochures, etc.).

What was the team composition?

The team was very well rounded and everyone has their own area of expertise, with Rob overseeing everything. There are five team members that we communicate with regularly.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

More customers calling and wanting to visit our model homes. The new image our website has, really sets us apart from our competitors.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Rob is extremely organized, so project management is at a level that you rarely come across in business. Rob and Mariel are perfectionists, and the quality of work they produce is a prime example of it.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their new, fresh ideas, as well as their attention to detail was impressive. Every member of their team has the ability to give feedback on ideas, and hearing all different perspectives and then making my own decisions for my business has been a learning experience for me. Making me see things in a different light and moving our company in directions I thought were years down the road, has been the most impressive part of working with them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No. I have been happy with every aspect of working with Construction Marketing.
