BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a member of the sales and marketing team at Division 1 Moving. We are a full service, family owned relocation and storage specialist in the greater DC Metro area. We have both residential and commercial clients and strive to provide white glove service for all of our clients.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Millionaire Med Spa Marketers, and what were your goals?

The primary focus of our project was a new website build to then attract more online customers through SEO and pay per click advertising. The main goal was to increase the number of people landing on our website and also follow through and call us. I believe our goals were to attract 30 new customers a month.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Lisa was a friend of the Division 1 owner from college. Our owner remembered her work ethic and that she owned a digital marketing company. We spoke to a couple different companies but ultimately decided on Lisa and her team after the professionalism and preparedness that was delivered during our first meeting.

It has been the best decision as Lisa is prompt, thorough, detailed and genuinely would have you to believe that you are her only client, which we know is not the case. Their timeliness and attention to detail is unmatched.

After the website was built for the user experience, keywords were carefully and strategically used throughout all the copy on the pages. Research was done and presented to us that showed how our competitors were competing against us and how we could gain more traction than their keywords were attracting. We were also given guidance for social media posts and all blogs are written by Lisa's team.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

All vendors were at our disposal, and Lisa was the primary liaison between her team and ours.

This was a super successful campaign with a ROI increasing every month.

SUPER easy workflow. Their team has been incredibly responsive to any and all questions that we have at all hours of the day.
