They're highly collaborative, take direction well, will also tell you when you may be about to make a mistake, and always came in ahead of time and under budget. We've seen consistent ROAS month over month that we've worked with BSR Digital, and we've also been able to diagnose issues with our analytics and data capture (i.e. broken pixels, meta tags, etc) that impacted our ability to report accurately as a result of their attention to detail. Their attention to detail and ability to manage active communications are excellent. They are just genuinely very nice people to work with - at the end of the day, performance is great, in BSR Digital, you can get great results with very nice people to work with and that's a plus.
