They gave me periodic updates as the projects moved along Via email, which works well for me. The logo improvement and video projects were done on time as promised. A couple of the Amazon listing issue projects took longer than I hoped, but they had warned me that those product detail issues often take a long time to resolve. They stuck with them and got most of them accomplished to my satisfaction
