After they went over the questionnaire they would then email me any further questions they had (very few since the questionnaire was so detailed). After that they set up another zoom call to walk me through what they set up for me as a domain, customized email and google workspace.

Anytime I needed to say, “I don't know if this is working,” or “We're not satisfied with this,” they always took it seriously. Other times, they would show us, through statistics that things were working. If it wasn't, they were always willing to go back to the drawing board and revisit things. Then they're just very proactive. They invited us to a meeting the week after next to touch base on our overall satisfaction.

The quality of their work is fantastic. The general public doesn’t use our sites. Only the employees and affiliates of the stores have access to the sites, so we don’t have any metrics. Based on user feedback, the sites are much simpler to use and navigate. Users say that the process of purchasing and checking out is much simpler. The process is comparable to Amazon. Stream 9 took user experiences from Amazon and applied that to our project so that our clients would be able to easily use our sites as well. They have exceeded our expectations.
