It has now been almost two months since completion, and we have experienced no significant issues. Minor problems unrelated to the transition have been resolved on the first call in approximately 90% of cases. During the project itself, some small issues arose, but these were addressed immediately with Michael on site to ensure a fast resolution. Overall, the services provided have been outstanding, with minimal disruption to business operations. What I found most impressive about Affinity MSP is the strength of their company values and the way they prioritise building genuine relationships with their clients. Nick, the Director personally reached out to me multiple times which showed a strong commitment from leadership and I’ve also had the opportunity to get to know the team by name through regular catch ups and discussions. Their ability to deliver on services with consistency, promptness, and clear communication stood out, but most importantly it was the strong relationship they built with us. Something I can see they extend to their other clients as well. One suggestion for improvement would be to enhance their existing portal by turning it into a dedicated app for service tickets and client communication. This would allow clients to log, track, and receive updates on tickets directly through the app, rather than relying on email, providing a more streamlined, efficient, and transparent experience.

5.0 Sep 28, 2023Our project was managed well. We had an initial kick-off meeting where our plan and timeline were put together. Our engineer worked with their design team to help provision the environment and schedule migration from our on-site servers. The engineer was always available to us over SMS and Phone. We also conducted a number of virtual meetings via the DLS meeting room. Transition preparation and staging setup took about 2 months but it was worth the wait to make sure things were well coordinated.

4.5 Jul 16, 2019Project management is good. They’ve done some shuffling of people so that they could better address specific needs. Everybody was growing and evolving so quick and they recognized the need to have people solely dedicated to certain buckets as opposed to people trying to do a little bit of a lot of different things. That’s definitely helped. We communicate via phone, in-person, and email. Apartment tenants can send them tickets or call them. They handle that whole side of it.

5.0 Oct 14, 2015It's very good. Going back to the nature of the startup, we have a constant moving target syndrome. It makes project management difficult. We've also had Realnets manage some of our other contractors because going back to the multiple elements of our platform it's important for us to have that synergy between all the different aspects of the platform. Their atmosphere and ability to work with other people – there's no ego. It's important that they feel comfortable and can perform at their best with whomever they're working with.
