We took responsibility for the overall project, and OntargIT became a key part of the team for data migration. The team was responsible for the administration, consultancy, and execution of data migration activities for key regional go-lives in the UK, Germany, and the US. OntargIT migrated all core financial data to support an ERP project, including several years of historical data.

We started working together in January 2025, and the engagement ended in May 2026.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

OntargIT has delivered high-quality data and a successful go-live since we can’t go live without critical data being signed off. The scale and size of the data migration have been a challenge, and ensuring that the client has clarity on the tasks and activities to ensure success has been a critical task. During this period, OntargIT has provided deep expertise, which has been very valuable, especially when we’ve encountered unique issues and software bugs along the way.

Moreover, the data migration has been one of the most high-risk elements of the project, and the priority and effort that OntargIT has applied to this have been exceptional. The team has worked several late nights and weekends to ensure there’s been no impact on the project go-lives.

How did OntargIT perform from a project management standpoint?

OntargIT has delivered on time, but they haven’t managed the project. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

• Continuing the digital transformation, robota.ua needed to expand storage capabilities, simplify the administration of this content, and reduce the cost of purchasing, maintaining, and administering server equipment, as well as provide accessibility and flexibility in communication for employees. The company chose OntargIT as a service provider to implement Microsoft Teams, Office 365, Power BI and Microsoft Azure. As a result of this partnership, robota.ua was able to meet targeted goals - reducing the purchasing and maintenance costs, freeing up resources, universalizing employees' experience, and getting a scalable parallel data processing tool for more efficient and faster workflows.

OntargIT seamlessly transitioned our on-premises data to Azure, significantly boosting our data processing speeds and workflow efficiency. With OntargIT's guidance, we adopted Microsoft as our main platform, unifying our data exchange and storage on Microsoft Exchange and Office 365. This decision has enabled seamless access to documents and mail for our team, regardless of their location or device.

I'm a Project Manager in a subsidiary unit of Bogdan Corporation, this unit provides IT support to entire corporation. Corporation itself is a country-wide dealer, distributor and manufacturer of different brands of vehicles.

One of companies, Hyundai Motor Ukraine, made a request to implement a product based on a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. We hired OntargIT to help us with implementation phase and ongoing development phase.

Our first contractor failed this project completely, so we hired OntragIT instead.

After the first contractor failed to produce a viable product, we decided to start fresh with OntargIT. We conducted a research to determine a scope of features, with help form OntargIT made a new product from ground up, and them implemented this product into dealership network of Hyundai Motor Ukraine. Currently we are regularly add new features to our product, using OntargIT expertise in Microsoft Dynamics tools.

We have an account manager to solve any non-technical question. For any development requests we have Team Lead with team of 4 different technical specialists: 2 Technical specialists, Power BI specialist, DevOps specialist.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We automated 34 dealerships using our product, making reservation/buyout/sale processes unified and standardised. We also built a new reporting/monitoring system to control sales plans, dealerships stocks and sales to end customers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We used Skype to chat and video conferences, all our requests were processed within agreed time span. We also had a couple live meetings in our office to discuss important milestones of our project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were really grateful for their flexibility to our needs as a customer. Also, genuine thoughtfulness for our product and our business well-being.

There's nothing that can be improved in our relationships given current project parameters.

he project involved implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service to support and optimize our service operations. OntargIT analyzed our existing business processes, helped us define system requirements, configured and customized the solution to match our workflows, and supported the implementation and user adoption. The key deliverables included a centralized platform for managing customer service requests and field operations, standardized business processes, improved visibility into work progress and responsibilities, and reporting capabilities based on up-to-date operational data. The project also established a foundation for further optimization and development of our service operations.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project established a centralized platform for managing customer service and field service operations, replacing fragmented spreadsheets and manual tracking. We gained much better visibility into service requests, responsibilities, and work progress across multiple teams. The implementation also standardized key service processes and provided reliable reporting based on up-to-date operational data, creating a solid foundation for further process optimization

The project was well managed throughout its implementation. The team generally delivered planned items on time and maintained transparent communication regarding priorities, timelines, and any changes that arose during the project. They were responsive to our questions and requests, discussed different implementation options when needed, and helped us prioritize requirements to keep the project on schedule. We appreciated that they didn't simply agree to every request but also challenged ideas when they believed a more practical approach would better support the project's goals and timeline

What impressed me most was that the team didn't just focus on implementing the system. They took the time to understand our business processes/ Instead of trying to implement every idea immediately, they helped us distinguish between essential functionality and "nice-to-have" features, which kept the project realistic and on schedule. It felt like a partnership rather than a typical customer-vendor relationship

I don't have any major suggestions regarding OntargIT's work. If I could change anything, I would involve end users even earlier in some discussions. That would help identify certain requirements sooner and make user adoption even smoother

I'm the head of Renovate, a charity that operates in railway stations in Kyiv, Ukraine. We do volunteer jobs for humanitarian aid and provide services like food and medicine distribution.

OntargIT provided us with ERP consulting and development services. They built our ERP system and implemented Microsoft Dynamics solutions to address our needs. First, I contacted the project lead and described to him our main requirements. They then planned the whole project, and we implemented improvements to our warehouse together.

The system was functional, and it allowed us to monitor all our supplies in the warehouse. Our requirements were achieved, and OntargIT's work saved us time.

OntargIT was great at project management. They communicated well within their team and only asked me questions about issues they couldn't solve by themselves. My involvement was minimal, which was what I preferred.

OntargIT achieved their targets. I described my goals, and they delivered exactly what I needed.

We used to keep data about quantity and movement of warehouse stocks in usual tables. Routine work took away valuable time of managers and did not give exact results. With the help of two OntargIT specialists, 10 volunteers within 2 weeks quickly learned how to use the system and successfully connected to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations on April 8.
