They also handled the data plumbing. They used ETL for authentication logs, time-series indexing, and optimizations to our storage layer, so all ML workloads ran locally with no cloud dependencies.

Key deliverables included the anomaly detection component, risk inference service, data ingestion and indexing layer, administrator analytics dashboard, offline-friendly CI/CD adjustments with signed artifacts.
