Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

ZONE3000 helped us improve how we plan production for our 30 cafés. Before this project, a lot of planning was done manually. It was hard to know how much ice cream, cakes, croissants, and other pastry each location would need every day. Their team first took time to understand how we work. They looked at our sales, inventory, production. Then they built an AI tool that gives our managers daily recommendations on what to produce and send to each café. They also created simple dashboards where we can see demand forecasts, waste, stockouts, and product performance. After launch, they helped us test everything, adjust the model, and make sure the team could use it in daily work.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Food waste from overproduction went down by 31%, and stockouts of popular products dropped by 27%. Forecast accuracy improved from 68% to 86%, which made daily planning much easier for our managers. They also spent around 40% less time on manual planning. For us, this was one of the biggest wins because the team could focus more on operations, quality, and customer service instead of guessing what each café would need.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We scaled our delivery capacity while maintaining a predictable, efficient process. Over the course of the partnership, we scaled from a small dedicated group to 25+ specialists across several product streams. Their support helped reduce our average hiring and onboarding cycle from around 10–12 weeks to 4–6 weeks.
The core team maintained 90%+ retention, which was important for knowledge continuity and long-term product stability. We also saw stronger delivery predictability, with mature teams reaching around 95% sprint completion against planned scope. For selected roadmap initiatives, the additional capacity helped accelerate delivery by approximately 30%.

Communication was one of the strongest parts of the cooperation. The process was transparent, with clear timelines and regular check-ins. We discussed all the challenges openly and resolved them quickly. Most operational or delivery-related questions were addressed within 24–48 hours.
