Please describe your company and your position there.
viaSport BC is a leading non-profit organization in the British Columbia amateur sport sector. At viaSport, we believe that all British Columbians deserve equitable opportunities to develop and realize their potential through sport – as an athlete, coach, official or volunteer.
For what projects/services did your company hire deltAlyz Corp., and what were your goals?
We were trying to develop an integration solution that connects our newly established grant application and processing system and our financial/accounting system. The integration aims to modernize, speed up, and automate grant and finance-related processes, as well as certain aspects of data collection.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
They are Canada-based, have excellent references, and offer competitive pricing.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Scope of work included the creation, flow, and transfer of information, including vendor information import, vendor information upload, vendor info deduplication, invoice creation, and Electronic fund transfer notification, from our grant system, SurveyMonkey Apply, to our financial system, Blackbaud. Key deliverables were a web-based middleware that achieves the above functions. Other than the web and software development of the middleware, and two integrated platforms, technologies used for the project were communication tools (i.e., MS Teams, Ring Central).
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
There were three individuals in the core team. Two were software developers/engineers and one was the lead engineer and project manager.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We were impressed with the vendor's adaptive and diligent approach, and the deliverables (the integration user interface/middleware) were to our satisfaction.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The management style is result-driven, detail-oriented, and client-centric. The vendor conducted constant feedback sessions and SME interviews to address our needs and requirements. The vendor was proactively managing risks in situations, areas, or functions prone to anomalies or errors. Through Ring Central and Microsoft Teams, timely communication was engaged until the issues are properly resolved.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The vendor/service provider is professional, communicative, and adaptive. We were impressed by their client-centric approach, professional attitude, and quality of service provided. Throughout the process, the project manager/contact point was very patient and effectively communicated technical solutions to a non-technical audience. In dealing with unexpected roadblocks and situations, the vendor showed resilience and adaptive thinking to deliver the end product on time. Overall we had a satisfying experience with the vendor throughout the entire development process.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
No.

Pudus Digital Transformation Journey
Pudus™ Lifestyle Co., a consumer-goods company based in British Columbia, Canada, boasts a network of more than 200 representatives who sell the company’s products in North America. Before starting its digital transformation, Pudus faced inefficiencies stemming from its reliance on manual tasks, inaccuracies in its data, roadblocks to making data-driven decisions, and an overall lack of system integration. deltAlyz migrated Pudus to a Microsoft Azure environment and implemented a set of cloud microservices that have enabled the client to adopt tailored IT solutions for automating business processes and increasing data consistency across its systems.
Mueller Water Products Custom Software development
Mueller Water Products is a leading manufacturer and marketer of products and services used in the transmission, distribution and measurement of water in North America. Before choosing deltAlyz, Muller Water Products' pain points were free-form, inconsistent, error-prone top-level product configuration. The project was previously done as a manual process which was time-consuming and yielded inconsistent results due to human error. Nonetheless, the construction of a product operations manual was a tedious task of collecting various sub-components datasheets and assembling them into a single operations manual for the finished product.

Dr. Segal's Data Analytics Solution Implementation
We have developed a refined data intelligence process with the primary objective to bring the information that matters to your decision-making process. Our experienced team of software engineers, programmers, and BI experts combined with state-of-the-art resources will make your processes more agile and profitable. By using Microsoft Power BI, we provide your company with dashboards and reports, including interactive charts, graphs, maps, KPI visuals, etc. These artifacts help understand the current situation and past events to plan the next steps with accurate data.

Government of Canada BI Training
Organizations are choosing Power BI to enable self-service analytics as it reduces the added cost, complexity, and security risks of multiple solutions with an analytics platform that scales from individuals to the organization as a whole.
Power BI enables trusted methods to ensure centralized management, maintenance, and administration of critical workflow. It helps clients gain a deeper understanding of the organization and its business environment to meet current needs while keeping the flexibility for future expansion.

Joor API Integration with Xorosoft ERP System
If your organization uses multiple systems and software to run the business, and you are experiencing productivity issues, that means these components do not “talk” to each other.
With that saying, the deltAlyz team will customize solutions for your company by integrating enterprise applications to enhance data management and data quality to drive a better decision-making process.
We will also integrate ready-to-use third-party software with your existing systems. Or if you have an outdated system, we will develop custom connectors to enable legacy systems to communicate with applications whether on-premises or in the cloud.

Piika Process Automation
At deltAlyz, we can help you with intelligent business automation to increase your employees’ satisfaction and gain a competitive advantage. We help you make the right decisions in your automation strategy, considering your company's objectives, governance, IT infrastructure, and culture.
deltAlyz provides the entire spectrum of services, covering all phases of your business process automation. Leverage your team's productivity and efficiency with the automation of time-consuming processes.
By automating the right tasks, you can enjoy a much more productive environment in your company. Your employees will be free to work on things that require more analytical thinking than pure manual and repetitive operations.

Singer Valve Business Application Development
By leveraging the Microsoft Azure API management service and the Azure Apps platform, a new app was built with a complete software development approach, from the hidden back-end functions to the UI/UX design. This way, all needed features for the business would be working perfectly. The deltAlyz team has experience in building secure and scalable applications for customers from different industries. They code solutions using the latest tools, frameworks, and SDKs to build large and complex, cross-platform products with high-quality solutions in a reasonable time.
Thanks to the solution developed and implemented by deltAlyz, one of Singer Valve's projects reduced errors by approximately 20% and allowed the product code to be created about 15% quicker than the previous method. Another major project reduced operation manual creation time by approximately 35%. Besides, it helped prevent the use of "out of date" data sheets as web applications.
“deltAlyz team members are easy to talk to and able to explain every technical detail, so we could understand the pros and cons of certain decisions. The team had a quick turnaround time, which allowed prompt and efficient application development that met our needs.” Scott Grover, Application Technologist, Singer Valve
Data Warehouse Development For Health Industry
Your data estate integrates all your data sources into one central repository. It allows your organization to transform data into better, more personalized care. As the exponential growth of healthcare data continues, will your data estate be able to securely accommodate it?
Healthcare data only shows you a small part of a patient’s overall health and well-being. As your data estate expands to include additional inputs, a more holistic view of the patient emerges.
Different departments in health organizations have different data needs, so how you bring data into the cloud matters. Your team needs tools that make managing big data workloads faster and more efficient and that empower your organization to get the full value from the data.

Website & Browser Extension Dev for Content Rating Platform
“Their services were great, and the product they’ve developed is amazing.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and president of Kredibull. We're creating a website that rates the credibility of all internet news, information, and content. We use a Wikipedia-style approach, and the ratings are based on votes from the members around the credibility of content, posts, and reviews. They can downvote posts, too. Similar to how Google indexes every page of the internet, we’re looking to index and rate all information and news content online.
What challenge were you trying to address with deltAlyz Corp.?
We had to develop our website and its accompanying browser extension. I had some designs and wireframes, but I lacked technical knowledge. As a result, we hired deltAlyz to develop and put the website together.
Our goal was to develop a simple yet elegant website with an ambitious scope. It should be fast and responsive, emphasizing content rather than visuals and graphics. Moreover, we wanted the site to be highly scalable since we wanted millions of users and ratings for hundreds of millions of web pages.
What was the scope of their involvement?
deltAlyz had built our website from scratch. The key technologies they use include React for the frontend web application and Cosmos NoSQL for the database. They’ve built the microservices architecture using Docker and Azure functions. In addition, the team has implemented my designs using a zero-trust model.
At present, we’re in the final stages of developing the app’s full functionality. The deltAlyz team is tweaking and testing everything for that.
What is the team composition?
I mainly work with Rabi (BI & Automation Expert) and two of their developers.
How did you come to work with deltAlyz Corp.?
I found deltAlyz on Clutch. Three vendors met my criteria, and I spoke with all of them. We were in discussion for around a month. In the end, I decided to go with deltAlyz.
How much have you invested with them?
The price of the project is around $140,000 CAD (approximately $104,000 USD)
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in September 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve received a great version of the app. While it doesn’t have great data yet, it has great functionality. Overall, we’re pleased with where we’re at right now. We’re quite excited about the site — it’s responsive and quick, and I’m pretty happy with the UX.
Moreover, the deltAlyz team has a strong focus on development and delivery. They understand our goals and can come back with good solutions on the first try. Their members deliver great results within one iteration. On top of that, I’ve had great interactions with the developers. They’re capable and responsive.
How did deltAlyz Corp. perform from a project management standpoint?
We have great communications with deltAlyz. If they identify issues, they propose solutions. We discuss them and resolve everything quickly. In fact, they’ve identified features we need that aren’t in the original plan for the MVP. We’ve since added those features to the product.
We use Teams for communication and Azure boards for collaboration. They scope out everything about the project and put them on the board, where I can approve their work or discuss it with them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re not a big company, but they have a responsive and agile team. Every one of their members is excellent.
Moreover, deltAlyz has applied for and got accepted into Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub. Through this, we’ve received assistance from Microsoft on technical issues. Some of these issues are fairly significant for our backend architecture to scale up the way we want. On top of that, we’ve received significant monetary credits for hosting.
It’s difficult to find another company that can do all of these things. The upfront assistance we’ve got has been truly invaluable and greatly appreciated.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there aren’t any. By developing our product, deltAlyz has learned a lot, especially since we’ve worked with Microsoft. Overall, their services were great, and the product they’ve developed is amazing.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I highly recommend working with deltAlyz if your project matches their expertise.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a developer at a healthcare platform. We have a web and mobile app that allows users to manage their health.
What challenge were you trying to address with deltAlyz Corp.?
We wanted a system that could intake all the analytics data generated by our application and third-party platforms like Google Analytics, Stripe, and Apple in one place.
What was the scope of their involvement?
deltAlyz Corp. did custom software development for us using Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power BI, Logic, and some other third-party plug-ins to bring data from other sources. To jumpstart the process, we had initial meetings where we gave them all the information they needed regarding our requirements so they could get started with the process.
What is the team composition?
We worked with 4–5 members of their team, including Rabi (Data Analytics, Business Intelligence & Process Automation Expert).
How did you come to work with deltAlyz Corp.?
One of our team members found them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from February–April 2022.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Thanks to the platform deltAlyz Corp. created, now it's easier to access data and integrate with third-party data sources. In addition, they were able to create a platform with the ability to store data that changes over time, which was our main goal. Overall, their work was an upgrade to our previous system, and they committed to us to address any bug that arose.
How did deltAlyz Corp. perform from a project management standpoint?
They were responsive and quick to address our needs. We also had scheduled follow-up meetings with back-and-forth communication to review the project's progress. In terms of tools and communication, we used Asana and Microsoft Teams.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They had a strong knowledge of development, which enabled them to build the system we were interested in with our customization needs. Moreover, deltAlyz Corp. had an experienced team that trained our staff to use the software.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I didn't think there was something they could improve on.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Tap into their expertise and ask all the questions that arise because they can help you understand your needs as long as you provide all the information they need.

Data Solution Development for Healthcare Company

Please describe your company and your position there.
Tamvoes Health is a digital healthcare company. Our online platform provides users a holistic overview of their health through a virtual health journal, secure uploading and sharing of files and connecting individuals with healthcare providers and loved ones. TAMVOES’ main goal is to enable individuals to have control of their own information. My position is a Business Analyst at Tamvoes, and part of my job involves analysis of our metrics to make data driven decisions.
For what projects/services did your company hire deltAlyz Corp.?
Due to the nature as a technology based company, we were collecting an enormous amount of data , however the amount of organization and access to that data in an easy to use way was quite limited. Our previous BI tool, Redash, had its uses however it was quite limited due to the extremely technical nature required to use it alongside the lack of integration with all our data sources. We hired deltAlyz to create a data warehouse that integrated all our data sources and provide training for our team on the creation of visualizations using the tool.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We had sales meetings with 4 other companies but ended up with deltAlyz. Firstly, the solutions that other vendors proposed would have had huge costs associated with it such as licenses, whereas deltAlyz offered an all in one solution with Azure + Power BI. Additionally, other vendors had much higher estimated costs for the project itself, ranging from slightly over to 3x as high, alongside huge costs for just the discovery phase, which as an early stage company was not feasible. Additionally, when communicating with Rabi, he was very passionate about the work he does which definitely had a factor in us choosing deltAlyz.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
First, we had preliminary meetings where we outlined our goals and expectations, deltAlyz came back to us with a presentation on what they do, the tools they use and the reason why they felt those options would work best for us. Once we decided to go forward with them, we started the project. Phase 1 was Analysis and Design, this included a discovery period where our teams collaborated heavily in order to uncover our business priorities as well as our technical capabilities. The second phase was Implementation. This phase involved deltAlyz creating the actual integrations between our various data sources and our data warehouse which also involved a good deal of communication between our 2 teams. The last phase was training. The phase covered the onboarding process for members of the Tamvoes team to learn how to utilize the data warehouse and Power BI.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Our main point of contact, Rabi, conducted all the sales related meetings and was present for any business process related decision. He also performed technical work on the back end. We also had regular meetings with 2 other members of the deltAlyz team that were responsible for the technical implementation.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Thanks to Azure, we have regular backups of the data and are now able to store historical values, whereas previously our SQL database only had the most recent values. The automated processes ensure that it is painless for these tasks to run. Additionally, being able to switch over to Power BI has enabled Tamvoes to pull data from all our sources much more efficiently, as well as present it in a more intuitive way which allows us to make better decisions for our business.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The entire deltAlyz team was extremely responsive. We used a mix of Asana/email in order to facilitate communication and responses from deltAlyz were always prompt.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their obvious passion for their work was a key factor in our choosing of deltAlyz. That, combined with extremely responsive communication and customer service makes deltAlyz a great choice for any business.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
During the training Rabi got a bit sidetracked talking about some features and had to rush the other bits, however we still received all the information in time. Overall though, this company provided great service and a quality end result.

ERP Reporting and Optimization for Wholesale Company
"They’re such a pleasure to work with."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the director of operations for a wholesale company. Around 70% of our business comes from wholesalers, and the rest is online. We have three brands, one of them is pharmacy-based, and the other two are lifestyle brands.
What challenge were you trying to address with deltAlyz Corp.?
We needed help with reporting. Although we had an ERP system that generated its own reports, it wasn’t detailed and robust enough. We couldn’t get the dynamic information that we wanted since our team’s needs were different.
What was the scope of their involvement?
deltAlyz Corp. has developed our ERP system and implemented integrations with APIs and our warehouse. They’re helping us create reports, including “first in first out reports” and inventory reports. They also ensure that vital information flows seamlessly from our ERP system to our warehouse.
What is the team composition?
Rabi (Data Analytics Expert) has been my go-to person.
How did you come to work with deltAlyz Corp.?
My boss brought deltAlyz Corp. to work with our company.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together since January 2021, and it’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
deltAlyz Corp.’s reporting has been instrumental in what we do. Thanks to their help, we’ve understood what bracket our inventory sits in. This allows us to accurately provide details to our warehouse, which charges us on an aging inventory report basis.
Additionally, deltAlyz Corp. has done excellent sales reports that help us understand trends in the units we’re selling. Their work also allows us to check if the warehouse is following their KPIs, and that way, we can stay within our advertised shipping window. They’ve also automated some of our processes.
How did deltAlyz Corp. perform from a project management standpoint?
deltAlyz Corp.’s project management has been fantastic. They’re honest about deadlines, and 99% of the time, they submit their work on time.
What did you find most impressive about them?
deltAlyz Corp.’s team has been super responsive and always available. If a problem arises, I can contact them and work through issues with their team. They’re always on top of situations — they feel like an extension of our team.
I’ve never had to chase deltAlyz Corp. for anything. Once the ball is in their court, they’re excellent at seeing things through the end. They’re such a pleasure to work with.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t think of anything.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Write down ideas that you think can benefit your company or yourself in doing your job. Give those to deltAlyz Corp., and they will help you work through the possibility of realizing that.

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I work for the federal government as a senior financial analyst.
What challenge were you trying to address with deltAlyz Corp.?
We hired deltAlyz Corp. to give us training on how to use Power BI for data analytics.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They focused on how we could use Power BI as the software we could use for reporting and analysis in our organization. We had a two-day session with them in May. After that, I had a follow-up one-day session for myself in June.
What is the team composition?
There was only one instructor for our team, but I wasn’t sure if they had more employees in the background.
How did you come to work with deltAlyz Corp.?
deltAlyz Corp. was found by our data and analytics team manager. She was the one who organized the sessions.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from May–June 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The instructor we had was very thorough; he presented himself and the software extremely well. He was also able to walk us through the step-by-step process of using Power BI. On top of that, he provided incredible explanations that could be understood by people who weren’t that well-versed in data analytics.
How did deltAlyz Corp. perform from a project management standpoint?
They had an excellent project management process; deltAlyz Corp. had a set agenda of what would be covered in the sessions and the only time we exceeded it was because they devoted extra time to answer specific questions. We used Microsoft Teams to communicate during the engagement.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I haven’t been really exposed to others extensively, so I wouldn’t be able to compare them. However, our experience with deltAlyz Corp. was great. If I would hire them again, their instructor would be perfect because he had high-level knowledge.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The material they discussed was very extensive. Thus, for some of the people in our organization, the discussion was very compressed. It would’ve been helpful if they had allotted extra time or segregated the amount of material they presented. However, my comment would be very subjective because understanding their presentation would differ from one person to another.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Review your software ahead of time if you have the opportunity so that your training sessions with deltAlyz Corp. will be much easier.
