I’m the Technology Coordinator of RFI Technology Solutions, a telecommunications company. We provide advanced wireless coverage, public safety network solutions, and solar power products and services to customers worldwide, leveraging over 40 years of industry expertise.

What challenge were you trying to address with DataToBiz?

We were upgrading our ERP system data source in Power BI from NetSuite.com to NetSuite2.com. We had limited resources in Power BI and data engineering, so we hired DataToBiz to help with the migration.

What was the scope of their involvement?

DataToBiz has migrated our data source from NetSuite.com to NetSuite2.com. The team has also recreated many of our existing reports, including our sales management and product management dashboards. The team has also fixed broken logics and notebooks and created new reports for our business requirements.

We found DataToBiz through an online search and a referral. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, they offered good value for the cost, and they were referred to me.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with DataToBiz in September 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve validated and reviewed the reports with our IT team and received positive feedback from our stakeholders at RFI. Before working with DataToBiz, we had limited in-house resources for Power BI, so not many people understood the data, including myself. Now, I understand the data much more than I ever did before, making it easier to communicate with the business and report users how the data is coming in and what makes up the figures.We’ve also seen increased accuracy in our reports. In our old data model, we had reports that weren’t picking up edits to specific records in NetSuite. 
Now, we have a check in place to ensure that any edits are updated in Power BI via the notebook/pipeline.Moreover, it’s relatively quick to load a new report or access existing reports. Sometimes, it may be a bit slow if a refresh is running, but that’s because we have a lot of data.We’ve had mixed feedback from our end users. At first, we had some errors and mapping issues, so the reports weren’t working for the end users. We also had some capacity errors that stopped the reports from working. However, a lot of these issues were due to the ingestion of mass amounts of data. Since these fixes, our Power BI instance has been working well, and our key stakeholders at RFI are satisfied with the current outcome.

How did DataToBiz perform from a project management standpoint?

DataToBiz has delivered on time. Our priorities have changed quite a bit throughout the project, but the team has been flexible in putting things aside for higher-priority cases as they come up, which is really good.We’ve communicated with DataToBiz through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Nandeesh has professional knowledge of Power BI and backend coding and ingestion. I like that their knowledge extends beyond Power BI and into SharePoint and Power Automate.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could manage the capacity errors better and validate the earlier reports. However, they’ve improved over time, and we haven’t had those issues as much.

We engaged DataToBiz to design and build an interactive Power BI dashboard that simplifies data interpretation and supports faster, better‑informed decision‑making across stakeholders. The scope covered end‑to‑end development—from data preparation through visualization design and knowledge transfer—delivered via milestone‑based sprints and multiple wireframe iterations to ensure alignment with our analytical goals and user experience requirements.

Over the course of the project, our relationship evolved from vendor to collaborative partner—the team iterated on wireframes, proactively incorporated feedback, and kept milestones and communication clear. Post‑launch, they delivered a thorough KT and remained accessible for follow‑ups, which strengthened trust and enabled our team to self‑manage updates.

•  Streamline the development workflow to better meet timelines—set tighter sprint acceptance criteria, enforce clearer change‑control for mid‑cycle requests, and front‑load performance tuning earlier in the build.
• A simple risk log with weekly review would also help surface blockers sooner and keep milestones on track.

What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?
 Define success upfront: prioritize 3–5 core KPIs, user personas, and “definition of done” for each dashboard page, and share a clean data cut plus a metric glossary early. Nominate a single product owner for rapid feedback, run brief weekly demos, and agree on refresh cadence, ownership, and KT expectations before build to ensure a smooth handover.

4. Chatbot response time has to be under 10 seconds, on an average of 5-7 seconds.

language e.g. “Non-operational” and “Discontinued” etc.

The entire project was very well managed with all time lines met and the intial scoping session was very exact idenmtify project needs and time to finalise. Their responses were very efficient, and they addressed all questions professionally.

We wanted to build a smart surveillance project using computer vision , this included analysis of social distance ,validating proper usage of safety kits and many more modules.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

First we have few rounds of Brainstorming session , analysing the problem and then later DatatoBiz planned a detailed solution for same with proper timeline and deliverables, The Project was divided into milestones and each milestone has specific deliverable. We used some of the latest SOTA model like Object Detection , Image segmentation and others. Python was the main language used in the project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Using the system we were effectively able to get the surveillance reports , also there were lots of modules which were working with accuracy more than 85% percent. The models were hosted very efficiently and load balancing and other server configuration were also managed by team efficiently.

The coordination between the two teams was very amicable, based on mutual respect & understanding, and in all honesty, we didn't face a single moment of grief with the DataToBiz team. They were very understanding and very accommodating to all our requests.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They had the willingness to make our deliverables their own. The support that they provided was very impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think they are hitting all the right chords. They should just continue doing a good job and the sky is the limit for them. Their humbleness & excellent customer orientation will take them places for sure.
