The backend database will have 5 views (on which we have to act) having around 90 columns per view. Data Segments: Pricing & reimbursement (Records-50,78,576), Indication (Records-1,39,67,879), dosing (Records-1,39,67,902), COT (Records7,57,41,618), HTA (Records-30,33,004). Records will increase over period. 4. Chatbot response time has to be under 10 seconds, on an average of 5-7 seconds. 5. Chatbot shall be bidirectional. It shall be capable of asking queries to the user in case any clarification/confirmation is needed. 6. Chatbot shall be able to handle similar words asked by the user in the natural language e.g. “Non-operational” and “Discontinued” etc. 7. First we have few rounds of Brainstorming session , analysing the problem and then later DatatoBiz planned a detailed solution for same with proper timeline and deliverables, The Project was divided into milestones and each milestone has specific deliverable. We used some of the latest SOTA model like Object Detection , Image segmentation and others. Python was the main language used in the project.

Using the system we were effectively able to get the surveillance reports , also there were lots of modules which were working with accuracy more than 85% percent. The models were hosted very efficiently and load balancing and other server configuration were also managed by team efficiently.

Automated process has helped the stakeholders to have access to the fresh data on a daily cadence which is huge boost for effective decision making. With the successful implementation of this project TransSIGHT has been seeing increased interest in the circle for similar implementation and we are hopeful to bag more user engagements in the times to come.

We interacted with the team via slack/zoom calls. Daily Stand ups were conducted in the beginning of the project which was later shifted to weekly cadence post deployment.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and CEO of an AI company focused on communication and personal skills improvement. We provide tools for individuals and teams within organizations to improve their communication and overall personal skills in terms of how they’re coming across, how they’re articulating and expressing ideas, and more.

What challenge were you trying to address with DataToBiz?
When I started the company almost a year and a half ago, I needed a partner to make my vision a reality.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Our product has two major components: a mobile app for Android and iOS and a web-based dashboard. DataToBiz was responsible for all the development work involved in the creation of our product, and my team in Australia designed the UI/UX.
DataToBiz had the complete wireframes and UI/UX designs before they started, as well as a full understanding of what the deliverables were going to be. However, we ran a lot of experimentation in the early days to ensure that the AI would fit our purpose.
The app hosts all the AI functionalities, and the dashboard has videos and other content from our courses. The app helps users with things like pronunciation clarity, energy level sentiments, vocabulary, and many other areas of communication skills development. It works on a subscription model, and users have two weeks to try out the features for free before subscribing.
What is the team composition?
We initially had nine full-time engineers from DataToBiz working on the project, but we’ve whittled the team down to six.
How did you come to work with DataToBiz?
I did a bunch of research online and got recommendations from friends and business owners in the AI industry. I then vetted three companies, two in Australia and one in India.
I connected with DataToBiz’s founders through a common friend. I did some research on them and contacted their clients, and I discovered that they had the skills that I needed.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent close to $500,000 AUD (approximately $377,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with DataToBiz in June 2020, and they’re still working on our project full time. We launched two weeks ago, and the app is currently in a limited pilot in Australia and India. We plan to launch it in Europe and South America as well.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
A few education institutions are piloting the app, and we have customers who are paying already. We’re sending feedback surveys to the 1,000 students using the app, but I don’t have any concrete metrics nor feedback yet.
DataToBiz has delivered what they agreed to, and the relationship is still in place. We’re working through the next stage of the product, and it all has been good so far. Obviously, we’ve had bugs and small issues since launching the MVP, but DataToBiz has fixed most of them. The issues that remain are nothing outside of the ordinary.
How did DataToBiz perform from a project management standpoint?
I’ve managed the project tightly from my side, and I can tell that DataToBiz has delivered on time. We’re using Slack for instant messaging and Jira for agile development. We have two status and review meetings on Mondays and Thursdays. We also schedule additional meetings when required.
What did you find most impressive about them?
DataToBiz’s commitment is impressive. They‘re really passionate people, and they know what they’re doing. Their commitment separates them from the rest of the competitors in their field.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There’s nothing I could suggest for them to improve. Within the scope of what we’re trying to do, DataToBiz has been pretty good.
