There were sevral projects as previously mentioned, but here are some nice numbers that we've been able to measure: 

1. 3% increased retention rate YOY for a single client
2. Over 3x ROI on a single project solving one business problem

Calligo were excellent in every single aspect. From the moment we spoke to a client, till date. 

• They were extremely flexible, making sure every single need was met. 
• They made sure resources were available at every time zone, so there was never a disconnect.
• Milestones are clearly outlined, communication was excellent, even when there were no updates, they would let us and our clients know! It was brilliant. 
• Every milestone was delivered ontime, on budget and exceeded every expectation.

It's hard to pick just one thing. But If I had to, I would say the people. 

Everyone was so knowledgeable and brilliant. They were very humble, cooperative, and helpful. Everyone is a senior, they don't shy away from work, and TRULY deal with you as a PARTNER.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Calligo could have done differently?

I honestly can't find fault. Have had a brilliant time working with them. Very grateful and looking forward to more!

We used one developer to help us build internal dashboards. This resource is in charge of making the dashboards visually appealing with a great UX, and is responsible for working closely with our internal data engineers to make sure the final solution is performant.
