On top of that, having them take on the HR processes has made it much easier for us to onboard talents from virtually anywhere. We’ve no longer needed to find people ourselves. Softobiz works well with us in terms of carrying out exactly what we have in mind. They follow our design and change requests. Their attitude is always very good and they’re very easy to work with. Give Softobiz a shot and be very specific about what and how you want them to work. They will provide you with a process of how they carry out tasks but will accommodate whatever meets your needs so long as you let them know.
