One MSP have provided us with our IT needs and support. We have recently rebranded and OneMSP provided us with a dedicated team and project manager for this who was amazing and went above and beyond.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our new website is now live with the help of the team and also they provide our day to day IT.

Our dedicated account manager, Mickey, has been amazing. He was always at the other end of the phone helping us with anything we needed. The one MSP team completed the site move over a weekend so we were able to have it go live with as little disruption as possible.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are really easy to get into contact with over email or even teams, most of our team have a good relationship with the OneMSP team too which is always a bonus.

Are there any areas for improvement or something OneMSP could have done differently?

One area in which OneMSP could improve is making sure they follow up with issues after they are resolved to avoid them happening again in the future.

The primary objectives for this project was to manage our corporate IT support, apply best practise to our workforce collaboration and device management platform.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Regularly conducting scoring evaluations allowed us to track improvements within our corporate IT support estate. In addition, documented progress meetings provided an overall project scope holistic view.

As stated previously, regular meetings with a documented project plan allowed us to track progress.
