Test Squad helped us reduce bugs by 98% and achieve faster release times. We used a Trello board and weekly calls to address their progress.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Test Squad's work has resulted in platform stability, including a reduction in bugs and downtime. We've also seen less customer portal tickets because of the fewer bugs. Overall, the team has improved user satisfaction and the quality of our production releases.

How did Test Squad perform from a project management standpoint?

Test Squad has delivered on time. We communicate via virtual meetings, email, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Test Squad's QA engineers' expertise is impressive. They've done great work covering our platform in auto tests. The team also does internal knowledge sharing, which is a healthy culture for them.
