To summarize the scope of work for the service to solve problems with computers not being able to access websites using the helloIT service, we provide a remote service to come in and check and solve problems with accessing websites within 1 hour, including diagnosing the cause and correcting related settings.

Service is measured by timely response, ability to track problem status on website and resolution within the first remote session.

After I opened a ticket on the HelloIT website, my phone I sent a request for troubleshooting, within minutes he contacted me via chat, asked about the initial symptoms, then received a call from him saying he was the HelloIT IT team and said he wanted to do a preliminary check on my computer's symptoms and requested remote access from me. In less than half an hour, my computer was checked and fixed for me. In short, he said ERR_CONNECTION_RESET T which prevented the website from loading normally. Sometimes, using extensions or applications that interfere with the connection can also be the cause. After fixing it and restarting my computer, I was able to search and open websites normally.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed with their response speed and cost-effective solutions. I recommend trying the IT Helpdesk service. They offer various packages suitable for medium-sized businesses like mine. The response is quick, and there's no need to wait for someone to come onsite. At first, the ticketing process was a bit confusing, but once I got used to it, it became quite convenient.
