In order to clean up, beta test, and assess the security of our current development, we hired Infograins. On top of our software, we are currently creating new features.

They were quite experienced in many different areas, including AI, Big Data, Machine Learning, etc. Although we operate in the blockchain industry, I reasoned that if they can complete enormous, extraordinarily complex projects in the fields mentioned above.

They must be incredibly meticulous, talented, and have very organised organisational systems in place—and I was right! I was searching for a business that would go above and above to "do as I say," as well as a tech partner that could offer insightful opinions on how they would approach various scenarios or new developments.

They are very meticulous and well-organized; for instance, shortly after I signed up, they sent me a 180-page document outlining every feature of our site's current state and future goals, as well as hundreds of lines of an Excel spreadsheet with each line representing a button, area, or function on the website.

I had meetings with the project manager and two other people when I initially started, but now I only speak with the project manager on a daily or weekly basis. There is a team, I think, of 5 or more people.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I can't emphasise enough how wonderful working with Infograins has been. In contrast to other development teams I've worked with, Infograins allows me to sit back and trust that everything is being taken care of (albeit this seldom occurs because I'm a perfectionist and tend to micromanage).

I use Telegram to communicate with one project manager in a very efficient and structured manner. They created a massive excel document describing every item on the site when we were in the intense beta period.

They wrote any questions next to each item, which I would directly respond to in the document, turning it from red to green to ensure that everyone was on the same page. I have never seen a development agency operate like this before!
